2006年3月17日登録、James F. Zuckerman et al., による、名称「ねじ溝状ウィングを有する棘突起間インプラントおよび埋め込み法(“INTERSPINOUS PROCESS IMPLANT HAVING A THREAD‐SHAPED WING AND METHOD OF IMPLANTATION”)」なる米国特許出願第11/____(代理人ドーケット番号KLYC‐01112US1)。

- スペーサが中心体に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3のインプラント。
- インプラントであって、
中心体は第1末端と第2末端を含み;
ウィングは第1末端から延び;かつ、
第2末端から延びる、スロットを含む別のウィングをさらに含み、かつ、
スペーサが、スロットを通じて中心体の上に受容される
ことを特徴とする、請求項3のインプラント。 - アラインメント突起が、中心体の第2端から延び、かつ、
スペーサが、中心体を受容する腔、およびアラインメント突起を受容するノッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4のインプラント。 - スペーサが、中心体を受容するための腔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6のインプラント。
- 棘突起間に挿入されるように適応した棘間インプラントであって、
フレームであって、
第1末端および第2末端を有する中心体、
第2末端から延びる第1ウィング、および、
第1末端から延びる第2ウィングを含み、
第2ウィングはほぼねじ溝状の形を持ち、かつ、
中心体を回転し、中心体を押し込み、それによって、隣接棘突起を第2ウィングのねじ溝型の中に移動させることによって、中心体が隣接棘突起間に配置されることを特徴とする前記フレーム;および、
スペーサであって、該スペーサが、中心体の少なくとも一部の上に受容されるようにフレームと連結するように適応した前記スペーサ、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記棘間インプラント。 - スペーサが伸延ガイドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9のインプラント。
- 第1ウィングがスロットを含み;かつ、
スペーサが腔を含み、そのために、スペーサが、スロットを通じて中心体の上に受容可能とされることを特徴とする、請求項9のインプラント。 - 第1ウィングは第1スロットと第2スロットを含み;かつ、
スペーサは、第1スロットを通じて中心体の上に受容されるように適応した第1部分、および、第2スロットを通じて中心体の上に受容されるように適応した第2部分を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項9のインプラント。 - ねじ溝状形態は螺旋であることを特徴とする、請求項9のインプラント。
- 棘突起間に挿入されるように適応した棘間インプラントであって、
外方中心体;
外方中心体から少なくとも部分的に延長可能な内方中心体;
少なくとも内方中心体から延びる、ほぼねじ溝状のウィング;および、
外方中心体の上に選択的に配されるスペーサを含み、
内方中心体は、外方中心体に受容され、それによって、ウィングを萎縮形状に追い込むことを可能とする、前記棘間インプラント。 - 前記スペーサは、前記先導ねじの後方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項14のインプラント。
- 前記スペーサは回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1のインプラント。
- 前記先導ねじは螺旋状であることを特徴とする、請求項1のインプラント。
- 先導ねじが勾配段差を定めることを特徴とする請求項1のインプラント。
- 棘突起間に挿入されるように適応した棘間インプラントであって、
中心体;
中心体の第1末端から延びる組織拡張器;
中心体の第2末端に隣接して配置されるウィング;
前記中心体が棘突起間に配置された後に、棘突起間に配置されるように適応したスペーサを含み、
前記スペーサは腔を含み、そのために、中心体が棘突起間に受容される際、前記スペーサは、押し込まれてウィングを通過し、中心体の少なくとも一部の上における受容が可能となることを特徴とする、前記棘間インプラント。 - ウィングがスロットを含み、かつ、
前記スペーサは、スロットを通じてウィングの中に、スペーサの腔によって中心体の少なくとも一部の上に受容されることを特徴とする、請求項19のインプラント。
