Abstract
【解決手段】排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関において、少なくとも1つのシリンダを具備し、前記シリンダ内において、特に圧縮機(10)によって予圧縮された混合気が圧縮および燃焼され、そのとき排ガスが生じ、前記排ガスがシリンダから押し出されてタービン(19)内で減圧され、その際、シリンダから押し出された排ガスの一部が、タービン(19)内で減圧される前または減圧された後に高圧再循環路または低圧再循環路を介して再循環され、前記再循環路に排ガス冷却機構が装備されており、前記冷却機構に1つまたは少なくとも2つの冷却回路が含まれ、前記冷却回路が熱交換器ブロック(26,27)の中に延設されており、前記熱交換器ブロックが排ガスの流れ方向に前後に接続されている。排ガスの流れ方向の最も下流の位置に設けられた熱交換器ブロック(27)が直立設置されており、その結果、前記熱交換器ブロック(27)の中を重力の作用線に対して平行にまたはほぼ平行に下方から上方にまたは上方から下方に排ガスが貫流し、さらに熱交換器ブロックの下端に凝縮水回収機構および/または凝縮水排出機構が備えられている。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダを具備し、前記シリンダ内において、特に圧縮機(10)によって予圧縮された混合気が圧縮および燃焼され、そのとき排ガスが生じ、前記排ガスがシリンダから押し出されてタービン(19)内で減圧され、その際、シリンダから押し出された排ガスの一部が、タービン(19)内で減圧される前または減圧された後に高圧再循環路または低圧再循環路を介して再循環され、前記再循環路に排ガス冷却機構が装備されており、前記冷却機構に1つまたは少なくとも2つの冷却回路が含まれ、前記冷却回路が熱交換器ブロック(26,27)の中に延設されており、前記熱交換器ブロックが排ガスの流れ方向に前後に接続されている排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関において、
排ガスの流れ方向の最も下流の位置に設けられた熱交換器ブロック(27)が直立設置されており、その結果、前記熱交換器ブロック(27)の中を重力の作用線に対して平行にまたはほぼ平行に下方から上方にまたは上方から下方に排ガスが貫流し、さらに熱交換器ブロックの下端に凝縮水回収機構および/または凝縮水排出機構が備えられていることを特徴とする排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。 - 前記最も下流に設けられた熱交換器ブロック(27)の冷却回路において空気が冷媒として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 前記最も下流に設けられた熱交換器ブロック(27)の冷却回路において低温冷媒が冷媒として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 凝縮水が生じる程度まで、再循環される排ガスが最も下流に設けられた熱交換器ブロック(27)内で冷却されることを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダを具備し、前記シリンダ内において特に圧縮機(53)を用いて予圧縮された混合気が圧縮および燃焼され、そのとき排ガスが生じ、前記排ガスがシリンダから押し出されてタービン(61)内で減圧され、その際、シリンダから押し出されてタービン(61)内で減圧された排ガスの一部が、排ガス冷却装置(72)を装備した低圧再循環路を介して再循環され、新鮮空気と共に圧縮機(53)内で予圧縮され、さらに給気冷却装置(56)内で冷却され、前記給気冷却装置が少なくとも1つの冷却回路を含み、前記冷却回路が少なくとも1つの熱交換器ブロックの中に延設されている排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関において、
熱交換器ブロックが直立設置され、その結果、熱交換器ブロックの中を重力の作用線に対して平行にまたはほぼ平行に下方から上方にまたは上方から下方に新鮮空気を含む排ガスが貫流し、さらに熱交換器ブロックの下端に凝縮水回収機構および/または凝縮水排出機構が備えられていることを特徴とする排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。 - 再循環され、新鮮空気と共に圧縮機(53)内で予圧縮された排ガスが、凝縮水が生じる程度まで、熱交換器ブロック内で冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 熱交換器ブロックの中を重力方向に上方から下方へ排ガスまたは新鮮空気を含む排ガスが貫流することを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 前記凝縮水回収機構および/または凝縮水排出機構が凝縮水のためのドリップトレイを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 前記凝縮水用ドリップトレイがステンレス鋼またはプラスチックで形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
- 前記凝縮水回収機構および/または凝縮水排出機構が凝縮水排出口を有し、前記凝縮水排出口が熱交換器ブロック内に設けられていることを特徴とする、前記請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の排気ターボ過給機付き内燃機関。
