Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein mit Hilfe eines Verdichters (10) vorverdichtetes Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine (19) entspannt wird, wobei ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßenen Abgases, bevor es in der Turbine (19) entspannt wird, über eine Hochdruckrückführung rückgeführt wird, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausgestattet ist, die mindestens zwei Kühlkreisläufe umfasst, die durch Wärmeübertragerblöcke (26,27) geführt sind, die in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases hintereinander geschaltet sind. Um eine Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine zu schaffen, die kostengünstig herstellbar ist und einen hohen Wirkungsgrad aufweist, ist der in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases am weitesten stromabwärts angeordnete Wärmeübertragerblock (27) stehend angeordnet, so dass der Wärmeübertragerblock (27) parallel zu der Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft von unten nach oben oder von oben nach unten von Abgas durchströmt wird, wobei am unteren Ende des Wärmeübertragerblocks eine Kondensatsammei- und/oder -abführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
Description
Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein vorverdichtetes Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine entspannt wird. Bei einer so genannten Hochdruckabgasrückführung wird ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßenen Abgases, bevor es in der Turbine entspannt wird, über eine Hochdruckrückführung rückgeführt, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausge- stattet sein kann. Bei einer so genannten Niederdruckabgasrückführung wird ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßenen und in der Turbine entspannten Abgases über eine Niederdruckrückführung, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausgestattet ist, rückgeführt und zusammen mit Frischluft in dem Verdichter vorverdichtet und in einer Ladeluftkühleinrichtung gekühlt, die mindestens einen Kühlkreislauf umfasst, der durch mindestens einen Wärmeübertragerblock geführt ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine entspannt wird, die entweder mit einer Hochdruckoder einer Niederdruckabgasrückführung ausgestattet ist, zu schaffen, bei der die Gefahr von Korrosion reduziert ist.
BESTATIGUNGSKOPIE
Die Aufgabe ist bei einer Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine entspannt wird, wobei ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausge- stoßenen Abgases, bevor oder nachdem es in der Turbine entspannt wird, über eine Hoch oder Niederdruckrückführung rückgeführt wird, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausgestattet ist, die einen oder mindestens zwei Kühlkreisläufe umfasst, die durch Wärmeübertragerblöcke geführt sind, die in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases hintereinander geschaltet sind, dadurch gelöst, dass der in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases am Weitesten stromabwärts angeordnete Wärmeübertragerblock stehend angeordnet ist, so dass der Wärmeübertragerblock parallel zu der Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft von unten nach oben oder von oben nach unten von Abgas durchströmt wird, wobei am unteren Ende des Wärmeübertragerblocks eine Kondensatsam- mel- und/oder -abführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist. Unter Umständen ist auch eine zur Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft im wesentlichen parallele Anordnung des Wärmeübertragerblocks ausreichend.
Als Hochdruckrückführung wird eine Rückführung von Abgas verstanden, das noch nicht in der Turbine entspannt wurde. Das rückgeführte Abgas wird mit in dem Verdichter verdichteter Frischluft zusammengeführt. Die verdichtete Frischluft wird vor dem Zusammenführen mit dem rückgeführten Abgas in einer Ladeluftkühleinrichtung gekühlt. Der am Weitesten stromabwärts angeordnete Wärmeübertragerblock wird von einem Niedertemperaturkühl- kreislauf oder von Kühlluft durchströmt. Durch die Niedertemperaturkühlung wird das rückgeführte Abgas unter Umständen soweit heruntergekühlt, dass Kondensat entsteht. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung und Gestaltung des am Weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblocks kann eine Ansammlung von Kondensat im Inneren des Wärmeübertrager- blocks, insbesondere in einer Wärmeübertragermatrix, verhindert werden. Dadurch kann die korrosive Belastung des Wärmeübertragerblocks reduziert werden. Das wiederum ermöglicht die Verwendung von kostengünstigeren Werkstoffen zur Herstellung des Wärmeübertragerblocks.
Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschi- ne ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Kühlkreislauf des am weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblocks Luft als Kühlmittel verwendet wird. Der Wärmeübertragerblock wird vorzugsweise von Umge- bungsluft durch- beziehungsweise umströmt.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Kühlkreislauf des am weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblocks ein Nie- dertemperaturkühlrήittel als Kühlmittel verwendet wird. Bei dem Niedertemperaturkühlmittel handelt es sich vorzugsweise um ein herkömmliches Niedertemperaturkühlmittel.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückgeführte Abgas in dem am weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblock so weit herunter gekühlt wird, dass Kondensat ausfällt.
Bei einer Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylin- der, in dem ein Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine entspannt wird, wobei ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßenen und in der Turbine entspannten Abgases über eine Niederdruckrückführung, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausgestattet ist, rückgeführt und zusammen mit Frischluft in dem Verdichter vorverdichtet und in einer Ladeluftkühleinrich- tung gekühlt wird, die mindestens einen Kühlkreislauf umfasst, der durch mindestens einen Wärmeübertragerblock geführt ist, ist die vorab angegebene Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Wärmeübertragerblock stehend angeordnet ist, so dass der Wärmeübertragerblock parallel zu der Wirkungsli- nie der Schwerkraft von unten nach oben oder von oben nach unten von Abgas mit Frischluft durchströmt wird, wobei am unteren Ende des Wärmeübertragerblocks eine Kondensatsammei- und/oder -abführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist. Unter Umständen ist auch eine zur Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft im wesentlichen parallele Anordnung des Wärmeübertragerblocks aus- reichend.

AIs Niederdruckrückführung wird eine Rückführung von Abgas verstanden, das bereits in der Turbine entspannt wurde. Das rückgeführte Abgas wird mit Frischluft zusammengeführt. Das mit der Frischluft zusammengeführte Ab- gas wird in dem Verdichter vorverdichtet und in der Ladeluftkühleinrichtung gekühlt. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung und Gestaltung des Wärmeübertragerblocks kann eine Ansammlung von Kondensat im Inneren des Wärmeübertragerblocks, insbesondere in einer Wärmeübertragermatrix, verhindert werden. Dadurch kann die korrosive Belastung des Wärmeübertra- gerblocks reduziert werden. Das wiederum ermöglicht die Verwendung von kostengünstigeren Werkstoffen zur Herstellung des Wärmeübertragerblocks.
Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschi- ne ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückgeführte und zusammen mit Frischluft in dem Verdichter vorverdichtete Abgas in dem Wärmeübertragerblock so weit herunter gekühlt wird, dass Kondensat ausfällt. Die Abkühlung kann auch in mehreren Stufen erfolgen, das heißt in mehreren Kühlkreisläufen, die durch Wärmeübertragerblöcke geführt sind, die in Strömungsrichtung des mit Frischluft zusammengeführten Abgases hintereinander ge- schaltet sind.
Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschi- ne ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Wärmeübertragerblock Luft als Kühlmittel verwendet wird. Der Wärmeübertragerblock wird vorzugsweise von Umgebungsluft durch- beziehungsweise umströmt.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeübertragerblock in Richtung der Schwerkraft von oben nach unten von Abgas durchströmt wird. Diese Anordnung wird auch als Fallstromanordnung bezeichnet und hat sich im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensatsammei-
und/oder -abführeinrichtung eine Auffangwanne für das Kondensat umfasst. Die Auffangwanne ist vorzugsweise in einem unteren Gassammeikasten des Wärmeübertragerblocks angeordnet. Alternativ kann der untere Gassammel- kasten auch aus einem anderen Material gebildet werden als die Wärme- Übertragermatrix. Dann kann die separate Auffangwanne entfallen.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangwanne für das Kondensat aus Edelstahl oder Kunststoff gebildet ist. Dadurch kann der Ver- schleiß aufgrund von Korrosion durch das Kondensat reduziert werden.
Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensatsammel- und/oder -abführeinrichtung eine Kondensatabführöffnung umfasst, die in dem Wärmeübertragerblock vorgesehen ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Kondensatabführöffnung an der tiefsten Stelle der Kondensatsammeieinrichtung angeordnet.
Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung zwei Ausführungsbeispiele im Einzelnen beschrieben sind. Dabei können die in den Ansprüchen und in der Beschreibung erwähnten Merkmale jeweils einzeln für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination erfindungswesentlich sein. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 ein Schaltbild einer erfindungsgemäßen Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine mit Hochdruckabgasrückführung und
Figur 2 ein Schaltbild einer erfindungsgemäßen Abgasturboladerbrenn- kraftmaschine mit Niederdruckabgasrückführung.
In Figur 1 ist ein Schaltbild einer Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine 1 mit einer so genannten Hochdruckabgasrückführung dargestellt. Die Abgastur- boladerbrennkraftmaschine 1 umfasst einen Zylinderblock 4, in dem sechs Kolben 5 hin und her bewegbar aufgenommen sind. Durch einen Pfeil 8 ist
angedeutet, dass die Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine 1 aus der Umgebung mit Frischluft versorgt wird. Die Frischluft wird einem Verdichter 10 zugeführt, in dem sie verdichtet wird. Die verdichtete Frischluft gelangt über eine Leitung 11 in einen Ladeluftkühler 12, in dem die verdichtete Frischluft abgekühlt wird. Die verdichtete und abgekühlte Frischluft wird über eine Leitung 14 dem Zylinderblock 4 zugeführt, wie durch einen Pfeil 15 angedeutet ist.
In dem Zylinderblock 4 wird die Frischluft verbrannt, wobei Abgas entsteht. Das Abgas wird über eine Abgasleitung 18 einer Turbine 19 zugeführt, in der es entspannt wird. Durch einen Pfeil 20 ist angedeutet, dass das in der Turbine 19 entspannte Abgas an die Umgebungsluft abgegeben wird. Allerdings wird nicht die komplette Abgasmenge in der Turbine 19 entspannt. Zumindest ein Teil des Abgases wird über eine Hochdruckrückführleitung 21 von der Abgasleitung 18 abgezweigt und über ein Ventil 22 in die Leitung 14 rückgeführt, wie durch einen Pfeil 24 angedeutet ist. Das rückgeführte Abgas wird in einer ersten Stufe 26 und einer zweiten Stufe 27 einer Abgaskühleinrichtung abgekühlt. Durch eine Verbindungslinie 30 ist angedeutet, dass der Verdichter 10 durch die Turbine 19 angetrieben wird.
Bei der Hochdruckabgasrückführung ist es im Hinblick auf. die Emissionen vorteilhaft, das rückgeführte Abgas so tief wie möglich zu kühlen. Zu diesem Zweck erfolgt die Kühlung bei der in Figur 1 dargestellten Abgasturbolader- brennkraftmaschine 1 in zwei Stufen 26 und 27. Als Kühlmittel der zweiten Stufe 27 kommt im Wesentlichen Luft und Niedertemperaturkühlmittel in Frage. Durch die Niedertemperaturkühlung in der zweiten Stufe 27 ist mit einer sehr starken Ausfällung von Kondensaten zu rechnen. Bei den Kondensaten handelt es sich zum Beispiel um Säuren, aber auch in größerem Umfang um Wasser. Durch die Niedertemperaturkühlung ist es möglich, das Potential der Abgasrückführung hinsichtlich Emissionen und Verbrauch besser auszuschöpfen als bei einstufigen Systemen. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die Rohre eines Wärmeübertragerblocks der zweiten Stufe 27, die auch als Niedertemperaturstufe bezeichnet wird, senkrecht, das heißt parallel zur Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft, angeordnet. Durch diese senk- rechte Anordnung, die auch als stehende Anordnung bezeichnet wird, lässt
sich eine Ansammlung von Kondensat in der Wärmeübertragermatrix des Wärmeübertragerblocks vermeiden. Dadurch reduziert sich die korrosive Belastung des Kühlers und ermöglicht so die Verwendung von günstigeren Werkstoffen, eventuell sogar Aluminium.
Bei dem Wärmeübertragerblock kann es sich zum Beispiel um einen Rundrohrkühler oder einem Wärmeübertrager ähnlich dem Rohrbündel eines Rundrohrwärmeübertragers aus Stahl, aus einer Kupfer-Zink-Legierung oder auch aus einer Aluminium-Legierung handeln. Der Wärmeübertragerblock kann auch in Stapelbauweise aus Aluminiumelementen hergestellt sein.
Vorzugsweise wird der Wärmeübertragerblock der zweiten Stufe 27 von oben nach unten von Abgas durchströmt. Um eine Schädigung von Luftkästen am Kühlerein- und austritt zu vermeiden, ist es vorteilhaft, das Konden- sat in einem speziellen Behältnis aufzufangen und aus dem Kühler abzuleiten. Das Behältnis kann entweder ein Einsatz aus Kunststoff oder Edelstahl oder auch ein speziell beschichteter Gaskasten sein. Alternativ hierzu kann der Gaskasten auch aus einem anderen Werkstoff als die Wärmeübertragermatrix hergestellt werden.
In Figur 2 ist eine Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine 41 mit einer so genannten Niederdruckabgasrückführung anhand eines Schaltbilds dargestellt. Die Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine 41 umfasst einen Zylinderblock 44, in dem sechs Kolben 45 hin und her bewegbar aufgenommen sind. Durch einen Pfeil 48 ist angedeutet, dass der Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine 41 Frischluft zugeführt wird. Die zugeführte Frischluft gelangt über einen Luftfilter 49 und eine Leitung 51 zu einem Verdichter 53, in dem die Frischluft verdichtet wird. Die verdichtete Frischluft wird über eine Leitung 55 zu einem Ladeluftkühler 56 geführt, wo sie abgekühlt wird. Die abgekühlte, verdichtete Frischluft wird über eine Leitung 57 dem Zylinderblock 44 zugeführt, wie durch einen Pfeil 58 angedeutet ist.
In dem Zylinderblock 44 wird die über die Leitung 57 zugeführte Frischluft in einem Brennstoffluftgemisch verbrannt, wobei Abgas entsteht. Das Abgas wird über eine Abgasleitung 60 einer Turbine 61 zugeführt, wo das Abgas
entspannt wird. Durch eine Verbindungslinie 62 ist angedeutet, dass die Turbine 61 dazu dient, den Verdichter 53 anzutreiben.
Das in der Turbine 61 entspannte Abgas gelangt über eine Leitung 64, in der ein Partikelfilter 65 angeordnet ist, zu einer Drosselklappe 66. In Abhängigkeit von der Stellung der Drosselklappe 66 wird ein Teil des Abgases an die Umgebung abgegeben, wie durch einen Pfeil 67 angedeutet ist. Ein anderer Teil des Abgases wird über eine Niederdruckabgasrückführleitung 70 einem Abgaskühler 72 zugeführt. In dem Abgaskühler 72 wird das rückgeführte Abgas gekühlt. Das gekühlte, rückgeführte Abgas wird über eine Leitung 73, in der ein Ventil 74 angeordnet ist, in der Leitung 51 mit der durch den Filter 49 angesaugten Frischluft vermischt beziehungsweise zusammengeführt, wie durch einen Pfeil 76 angedeutet ist. Das Gemisch aus Abgas und Frischluft wird in dem Verdichter 53 verdichtet, in dem Ladeluftkühler 56 ab- gekühlt und dem Zylinderblock 44 zugeführt.
Der Ladeluftkühler 56 ist gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung als Fallstromkühler ausgeführt, das heißt das Gemisch aus Frischluft und Abgas, das auch als Ladeluft bezeichnet wird, strömt von oben nach unten durch den Ladeluftkühler 56. Das beim Abkühlen entstehende Kondensat wird mit der Strömungsrichtung aus dem Kühler ausgetragen und im Austrittskasten in einer dafür geeigneten Wanne aus Edelstahl oder Kunststoff aufgefangen. Durch den reduzierten Kondensatanfall in der Kühlermatrix beziehungsweise die reduzierte Verweildauer des Kondensats in der Kühlermatrix reduziert sich die korrosive Belastung des Bauteils. Dadurch ergibt sich eine längere Lebensdauer.
Claims
1. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein insbesondere mit Hilfe eines Verdichters (10) vorverdichtetes Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine (19) entspannt wird, wobei ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoße- nen Abgases, bevor oder nachdem es in der Turbine (19) entspannt wird, über eine Hoch- beziehungsweise Niederdruckrückführung rückgeführt wird, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung ausgestattet ist, die einen oder mindestens zwei Kühlkreisläufe umfasst, die durch Wärmeübertragerblöcke (26,27) geführt sind, die in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases hintereinander geschaltet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Strömungsrichtung des Abgases am weitesten stromabwärts angeordnete Wärmeübertragerblock (27) stehend angeordnet ist, so dass der Wärmeübertragerblock (27) parallel oder im wesentlichen parallel zu der Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft von unten nach oben oder von oben nach unten von Abgas durchströmt wird, wobei am unteren Ende des Wärmeübertragerblocks eine Kondensatsammei- und/oder -abführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
2. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass in dem Kühlkreislauf des am weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblocks (27) Luft als Kühlmittel verwendet wird.
3. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass in dem Kühlkreislauf des am weitesten stromab- wärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblocks (27) ein Niedertemperaturkühlmittel als Kühlmittel verwendet wird.
4. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückgeführte Abgas in dem am weitesten stromabwärts angeordneten Wärmeübertragerblock (27) so weit herunter gekühlt wird, dass Kondensat ausfällt.
5. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine mit mindestens einem Zylinder, in dem ein insbesondere mit Hilfe eines Verdichters (53) vorverdichtetes Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch verdichtet und verbrannt wird, wobei Abgas entsteht, das aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßen und in einer Turbine (61) entspannt wird, wobei ein Teil des aus dem Zylinder ausgestoßenen und in der Turbine (61 ) entspannten Abgases über eine Nieder- druckrückführung, die mit einer Abgaskühleinrichtung (72) ausgestattet ist, rückgeführt und zusammen mit Frischluft in dem Verdichter (53) vorverdichtet und in einer Ladeluftkühleinrichtung (56) gekühlt wird, die mindestens einen Kühlkreislauf umfasst, der durch mindestens einen Wärmeübertragerblock geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeübertragerblock stehend angeordnet ist, so dass der Wärmeübertragerblock parallel oder im wesentlichen parallel zu der Wirkungslinie der Schwerkraft von unten nach oben oder von oben nach unten von Abgas mit Frischluft durchströmt wird, wobei am unteren Ende des Wärmeübertragerblocks eine Kondensatsammei- und/oder - abführeinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
6. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rückgeführte und zusammen mit Frischluft in dem Verdichter (53) vorverdichtete Abgas in dem Wärmeübertrager- block so weit herunter gekühlt wird, dass Kondensat ausfällt.
7. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmeübertragerblock in Richtung der Schwerkraft von oben nach unten von Abgas bezie- hungsweise von Abgas mit Frischluft durchströmt wird.
8. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensatsammel- und/oder -abführeinrichtung eine Auffangwanne für das Kondensat umfasst.
9. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangwanne für das Kondensat aus Edelstahl oder Kunststoff gebildet ist.
10. Abgasturboladerbrennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kondensatsammel- und/oder -abführeinrichtung eine Kondensatabführöffnung umfasst, die in dem Wärmeübertragerblock vorgesehen ist.
