Claims (8)
- 工業用水を排水流路(6)へ排出するための重力流下式水槽(1)であって、流入開口部(13)および流出開口部(15)を有する円筒状落下部(11)と前記円筒状落下部の前記流入開口部(13)の縁部によって形成されるオーバーフロー境界域(14)とを含んでいる前記重力流下式水槽(1)において、前記円筒状落下部(11)の前記流出開口部(15)が前記排水流路(6)の液体水位(7)よりも下側にあることを特徴とする重力流下式水槽。
- 前記円筒状落下部(11)の内部に少なくとも1つの流動抵抗部(19,21)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記流動抵抗部(19,21)は絞り板として施工されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記筒状落下部(11)の内部に少なくとも1つの第1の流動抵抗部(19)および工業用水の流動方向で見てその後に配置された第2の流動抵抗部(21)があることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記第1および前記第2の流動抵抗部は第1の絞り板(19)および第2の絞り板(21)として配置されており、流動方向で見て後に配置された前記第2の絞り板(21)は前記第1の絞り板(19)よりも広い開口断面積を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記第2の絞り板(21)の開口断面積は前記第1の絞り板(19)の開口断面積の2倍の広さであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記円筒状落下部(11)の前記流入開口部(13)の領域に渦防止要素(23)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
- 前記渦防止要素は渦防止十字材(23)として配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の重力流下式水槽(1)。
