Abstract
【解決手段】流体水位が低いときの表面渦の形成およびその結果として起こる空気/気体の取込みを防ぐため、キャップ内の受動要素によって、プロセス流体混合/保持タンクの底の放出口を通って流出する流体の流れを分裂させ、流れの方向を変える。好ましくは、この受動要素が1つまたは複数のタービン翼を備え、この1つまたは複数のタービン翼は、流体がこのタービン翼を通り抜けるときに回転する。放出キャップを通過する流れを分断し、渦の形成を防ぐ目的には、さまざまな静止柱または静止ピンを使用することもできる。

Claims (22)
- 流体保持容器内の、前記容器から流体を放出する放出口の上方に配置された渦低減キャップであって、
前記容器の前記放出口の面積よりも大きいか、または前記容器の前記放出口の前記面積に等しいソリッドな上面と、
前記容器から前記渦低減キャップの内容積へ、次いで前記容器の前記放出口へ流体が流れることを可能にする1つまたは複数の入口と、
前記渦低減キャップの前記内容積内に配置された受動要素であり、前記容器の前記放出口に向かって前記キャップ内を流れる流体の流れが前記受動要素を迂回するように配置された受動要素と
を備える渦低減キャップ。 - 前記受動要素が1つまたは複数のタービン翼を備え、前記1つまたは複数のタービン翼が、前記流体が前記翼を通り抜けるときに回転する、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、前記流体の流動経路の一部分を横切って延びる静止柱を備える、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、前記流体の流動経路の一部分を横切って延びる複数の静止柱を備え、少なくとも2本の静止柱が、異なる太さまたは長さを有する、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、流体体積流量の重大な低減なしに流体が前記放出口を通って流れることを可能にする、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、前記渦低減キャップが所定の場所にない場合の流体の流れに比べて流体体積流量が5%を超えて低減することなしに、流体が前記放出口を通って流れることを可能にする、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記容器の内面に接続されたベースと、
前記上面と前記ベースの間に配置された側壁と
をさらに備え、
前記側壁に、複数の入口が、前記入口を通って前記渦低減キャップの前記内容積へ流体が流入し、前記キャップの前記ベースを貫通する前記放出口へ前記流体が流れ出ることができるように配置された、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。 - 上面は閉じているが、前記容器の前記放出口に流体接続された前記ベースには前記ベースを貫通する開口がある中空の円筒である、請求項7に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記入口の垂直面が、前記放出口の水平面に対して垂直である、請求項7に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記複数の入口が、少なくとも2列に配列され、隣接する別の列の入口と整列しないように互い違いに配置された、請求項7に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 好ましくは、前記入口が、前記渦低減キャップの周辺において均衡のとれた流れが生じるように配置された、請求項10に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記ベースから前記放出口内へ延びるシュートをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記タービン翼が、中心軸の周りに配列され、ピッチ角をそれぞれが有する複数の個々の翼と、前記ソリッドな上面に取り付けられ、前記放出口に向かって延びるシャフトとを備え、前記渦低減キャップ内を通って前記放出口へ流れる流体の流れによって前記翼が前記シャフトを軸に回転するように、前記翼が取り付けられた、請求項2に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記入口から前記放出口へ流れる流体の流れが、前記個々の翼に対して直角である、請求項13に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 複数のタービン翼を備える、請求項13に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 同じシャフトに取り付けられた複数のタービン翼を備える、請求項13に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 複数のシャフトに取り付けられた複数のタービン翼を備える、請求項13に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- タービン翼がそれぞれ、ピッチを有する個々の翼を有し、このピッチによって、タービン翼がそれぞれ、前記シャフトを軸に、隣接するタービン翼とは反対方向に回転する、請求項15に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記渦低減キャップが中空の半円筒であり、前記半円筒の開いた側面が、前記容器の放出口に向かって下を向いており、前記半円筒の2つの開いた端部が入口の役目を果たす、請求項1に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、前記半円筒の内容積を横切って延びる複数の静止柱を備える、請求項19に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記受動要素が、1本または数本のシャフトに取り付けられた1つまたは複数のタービン翼を備え、前記シャフトが、前記半円筒の長軸に対して垂直に取り付けられた、請求項19に記載の渦低減キャップ。
- 前記入口から流れる流体の流れが、前記1つまたは複数のシャフトに対して直角である、請求項21に記載の渦低減キャップ。
