Abstract
Description
X線放射源と実質的に平面的なX線受容器との間に少なくとも部分的に患者を配置する工程と、
少なくとも1つの放出制御信号の受信に応答して、前記X線放射源によって、複数のX線放射放出を与える工程と、
前記X線受容器によって、少なくとも1つの検出制御信号及び前記患者が曝された後の前記複数のX線放射放出のそれぞれの部分の受信に応答して、複数の画像信号を与える工程とを備える。この場合、前記複数の画像信号は、複数のフレームレートを有すると共に前記患者の複数の画像に対応し、前記複数の患者画像の第1の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の低いフレームレートで大きな視野(FOV)を有し、前記複数の患者画像の第2の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の高いフレームレートで小さなFOVを有する。

Claims (18)
- 複数の視野を用いて複数のフレームレートで画像を取得することに適用される平面パネルX線撮像システムを有する装置であって、
少なくとも1つの放出制御信号に応答して、複数のX線放射放出を与えるX線放出システムと、
実質的に平面的なX線受容器を有して、少なくとも1つの検出制御信号に応答し且つ前記X線放出システムと前記X線受容器の間に少なくとも部分的に配置された患者が曝された後の前記複数のX線放射放出のそれぞれの部分に応答して、複数のフレームレートを有すると共に前記患者の複数の画像に対応した複数の画像信号を与え、前記複数の患者画像の第1の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の低いフレームレートで大きな視野(FOV)を有し、前記複数の患者画像の第2の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の高いフレームレートで小さなFOVを有するX線検出システムと、
前記X線放出及び検出システムに結合されると共に、複数のユーザ入力の少なくとも1つの部分に応答して、前記少なくとも1つの放出制御信号と前記少なくとも1つの検出制御信号を与える制御システムと、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御システムは、前記少なくとも1つの放出制御信号と前記少なくとも1つの検出制御信号を与えて、前記X線検出システムが、前記複数の患者画像の第1の部分に対応する前記複数の画像信号の第1の部分を与え、それから前記複数の患者画像の前記第2の部分に対応する前記複数の画像信号の第2の部分を与える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の画像信号は、X線透視法、放射線写真法及び円錐ビームコンピュータ断層撮影法を含む複数の走査モードに対応する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の画像信号は、前記患者の1以上の部分の投影図、体積図及び断面図の各1以上を含む複数の画像に対応する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1以上の投影図は、X線透視画像及び放射線写真画像を含む請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記1以上の体積図及び断面図の少なくとも各1つは、それぞれのX線断層撮影画像を含む請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記1以上の体積図及び断面図の少なくとも各1つは、それぞれのX線断層撮影画像を含む請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記少なくとも1つの放出制御信号を与えて、前記X線放出システムが、複数の放出パターンを持つ前記複数のX線放射放出を与えるようにする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記X線放出及び検出システムは、複数の回転速度で、1つの軸を中心として少なくとも部分的に回転する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記X線放出及び検出システムは、実質的に相互に正反対に向い合った状態で、1つの軸を中心として少なくとも部分的に回転する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記X線放出及び検出システムは、実質的に相互に正反対に向い合った状態で、複数の回転速度で、1つの軸を中心として少なくとも部分的に回転する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の患者画像の前記第1及び第2の部分は、それらに関連した第1及び第2の相互に非類似の画像解像度をそれぞれ有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の相互に非類似の画像解像度は、第1及び第2の相互に非類似の時間解像度を含む請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記複数のユーザ入力の少なくとももう1つの部分に応答して、前記複数の画像信号の少なくとも1つの部分を処理し、前記複数の患者画像の前記第1及び第2の部分が組み合わされた複合画像に対応する複数の処理済信号を生成する信号処理システムを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記複数のユーザ入力の少なくとももう1つの部分に応答して、前記複数の画像信号の少なくとも1つの部分を処理し、前記複数の患者画像の第1及び第2の部分のそれぞれの下位部分が組み合わされた複合画像に対応する複数の処理済信号を生成する信号処理システムを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御システムは、前記複数のユーザ入力の少なくとももう1つの部分に応答して、前記複数の画像信号の少なくとも1つの部分を処理し、前記複数の患者画像の第2の部分が前記複数の患者画像の前記第1の部分の下位部分と置換された複合画像に対応する複数の処理済信号を生成する信号処理システムを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の視野を用いて複数のフレームレートで画像を取得することに適用される平面パネルX線撮像システムを有する装置であって、
少なくとも1つの放出制御信号に応答して、複数のX線放射放出を与えるX線放出器手段と、
実質的に平面的なX線受容器手段を有して、少なくとも1つの検出制御信号応答し且つ前記X線放出システムと前記X線受容器の間に少なくとも部分的に配置された患者が曝された後の前記複数のX線放射放出のそれぞれの部分に応答して、複数のフレームレートを有すると共に前記患者の複数の画像に対応した複数の画像信号を与え、前記複数の患者画像の第1の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の低いフレームレートで大きな視野(FOV)を有し、前記複数の患者画像の第2の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の高いフレームレートで小さなFOVを有するX線検出器手段と、
複数のユーザ入力の少なくとも1つの部分に応答して、前記少なくとも1つの放出制御信号と前記少なくとも1つの検出制御信号を与える制御器手段と
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 複数の視野を用いて複数のフレームレートで画像を取得する平面パネルX線撮像システムを使用するための方法であって、
X線放射源と実質的に平面的なX線受容器との間に少なくとも部分的に患者を配置する工程と、
少なくとも1つの放出制御信号の受信に応答して、前記X線放射源によって、複数のX線放射放出を与える工程と、
前記X線受容器によって、少なくとも1つの検出制御信号及び前記患者が曝された後の前記複数のX線放射放出のそれぞれの部分の受信に応答して、複数の画像信号を与える工程とを備え、前記複数の画像信号は、複数のフレームレートを有すると共に前記患者の複数の画像に対応し、前記複数の患者画像の第1の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の低いフレームレートで大きな視野(FOV)を有し、前記複数の患者画像の第2の部分は前記複数のフレームレート中の高いフレームレートで小さなFOVを有することを特徴とする方法。
