Claims (13)
- 生体廃棄物(9)の嫌気的発酵に用いられる水平型の栓流式発酵槽(1)において、
入口(3)および出口(5)と、
前記発酵槽の長手方向内を通過するシャフト(10)と前記シャフト上に配置された複数の撹拌アーム(12)とを有する撹拌機とを備え、
前記シャフト(10)は、発酵槽端部(4、6)領域内に取付けられ、
少なくとも前記シャフト(10)は、充填された前記発酵槽(1)内におけるその浮揚力が前記シャフトのたわみを少なくとも近似的に補正することができるよう、内部にガスまたは空気が充填された閉じた中空要素として構成されるとともに、この内部空間の圧力について監視されることを特徴とする栓流式発酵槽。 - 前記内部空間(14)内に正圧(P1)が広がっていることが監視されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記内部空間(14)内に負圧(P1)が広がっていることが監視されること特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記内部空間内に圧力を測定する部材(15、16)が配置され、この測定値が監視されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記撹拌アーム(12)は、前記シャフト(10)の全長を通じて、互いに均等な間隔を設けるとともに、互いに同一の角度ずつずらして外周に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記シャフトの長手方向に対して互いに隣接する2つの前記撹拌アーム(12)は、いずれも90°乃至30°の角度(α)、好ましくは45°の角度(α)ずつずれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記シャフト(10)にシャフトジャーナルが設けられ、両端部のシャフトジャーナル(8)は、入口側および出口側の発酵槽端部(4、6)を貫通するとともに、発酵槽タンク(2)外方に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- シャフト本体(11)はチューブにより形成され、その各端部にシャフトジャーナル(8)が設けられ、チューブは少なくとも1つの前記シャフトジャーナル端部を介して駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記シャフト(10)は、少なくともその駆動側において、発酵槽端部(4、6)内に導入されるとともに、そこに取付けられたクラウン歯車を介して駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 圧力導管(17)が前記シャフト(10)の前記内部空間(14)内に導入され、前記圧力導管(17)は、2つのシャフトジャーナル(8)のうち1つを通って測定装置へ案内されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- センサー監視ユニット(15)に配置された少なくとも1つの測定プローブ(21、22)が、前記シャフト(10)の前記内部空間(14)内に設けられ、前記ユニット(15)は、前記発酵槽外部から起動可能であるとともに、測定値に対応する信号を送信機を介して前記発酵槽外部に設けられた受信機に送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記シャフトの前記内部空間(14)内での測定状態が変化することにより、前記発酵槽の制御装置へ伝達される信号が生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
- 前記発酵槽(1)の少なくともいくつかの撹拌アーム(12)は、浮揚力を増加させるために中空要素として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栓流式発酵槽。
