特許文献6には、円筒状のハウジング内に回転可能に装着された押出しスクリューを備えた、合成素材を混練・押出する押出し機が記載されている。スクリューの間には、物質の流れを監視するピンが挿入されている。ここでは、このピンの変形が測定される。同様のことが、特許文献7に記載されている。
特許文献8にも、同様のピンが押出しスクリューの螺旋部に形成された凹部に伸長している押出し機が記載されている。ここでは、例えば、押出し生成物内の金属粒子により、ピンの破断が確認される。
本発明のような混練混合機は、特許文献9に示されている。この文献には、混練部材の破断又は損傷などの監視が記載されている。ここでは、例えば混練部材中に装着された細管が加圧又は減圧される。
Claims (31)
- 混練部材(2、3)を備えたハウジング(1)内において、特に粘性のあるペースト状物質の処理方法であって、
少なくとも1つの混練部材(2、3)が監視されることを特徴とする方法。 - 混練部材(2、3)を備えたハウジング(1)内において、特に粘性のあるペースト状物質の処理方法であって、
少なくとも1つの混練部材(2、3)を介して、ハウジング(1)内の前記物質に媒体が供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 混練部材(2、3)は、その変形が監視されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 混練部材(2、3)は、その温度が監視されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 混練部材(2、3)に1つの加圧媒体が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧媒体が監視されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 監視される混練部材(2、3)が識別されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 監視により制御信号が生成され、その信号により混練部材(2、3)の状態が一義的に分類されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御信号を生成させるために、混練部材(2、3)の伸長状態が測定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加圧媒体の圧力の低下から、前記制御信号が生成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 圧力が低下すると、所定の圧力を維持すために、加圧媒体が供給されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 加圧媒体の圧力の低下からの制御信号は、ある時間に渉って生成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 制御信号は、混練部材(2、3)への配管内の加圧媒体流量の測定から得られることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 混練部材(2、3)を備えたハウジング(1)内において、特に粘性のあるペースト状物質の処理装置あって、
少なくとも1つの混練部材(2、3)が監視装置(8)に連結されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 混練部材(2、3)を備えたハウジング(1)内において、特に粘性のあるペースト状物質の処理装置であって、
少なくとも1つの混練部材(2、3)を介して、ハウジング(1)内の前記物質に媒体が供給されることを特徴とする装置。 - 混練部材(2)は少なくとも部分的に、少なくとも1つの溝(14)により貫通されていることを特徴とする請求項13又は請求項14に記載の装置。
- 溝(14)は、加圧媒体源(15)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 溝(14)は、気体カートリッジ(15)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 溝(14)は弁ブロック(6)を介して加圧媒体源(15)に連結され、弁ブロック(6)は圧力センサ(16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項16又は請求項17に記載の装置。
- 混練部材(2、3)は、変形センサ(12)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13ないし請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記変形サンサは、トルクセンサであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 混練部材(2、3)は、温度センサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項13ないし請求項20のいずれか1項に記載の装置
- 混練部材(2、3)は、加圧媒体配管を介して加圧媒体源に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項13ないし請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の装置
- 加圧媒体源への加圧媒体配管に少なくとも1つの圧力センサが挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の装置。
- 加圧媒体源への加圧媒体配管に少なくとも1つの流量センサが挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項22又は請求項23に記載の装置。
- 混練部材(2、3)からの複数の加圧媒体配管は、1つの弁ブロックに統合されていることを特徴とする請求項22ないし請求項24のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 混練体(10)を備えたハウジング(1)内において、特に粘性のあるペースト状物質を処理する混練部材であって、
混練体(10)が監視装置(8)に連結されていることを特徴とする混練部材。 - 混練体(10)は、少なくとも1つの溝(14)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の混練部材。
- 混練体(10)に変形センサ(12)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項26又は請求項27に記載の混練部材。
- 前記変形センサは、トルクセンサであることを特徴とする請求項28に記載の混練部材。
- 前記混練体に温度センサが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項26ないし請求項29のいずれか1項に記載の混練部材。
