各工程を行うことにより、前記表面に前記対照領域および前記試料領域が作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記表面の所定の領域上に活性化剤を堆積させ、少なくとも曝露された活性化剤を有する前記コーティングされた表面部分にターゲット分子を付着させて試料領域を作製し、
活性化剤のない領域を対照領域として利用する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記表面に前記対照領域および前記試料領域が作製されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオセンサ。 - 前記堆積技術がスプレー式であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオセンサ。
- 自身の中に形成された複数のウェルを備えたフレームと、
堆積技術を用いて部分的に作製された対照領域および試料領域を伴う表面を有するバイオセンサを備えている各ウェルと、
を含むマイクロプレート。 - 前記表面を反応性薬剤でコーティングし、
前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域に不活性化剤を堆積させて対照領域を作製し、
前記表面をターゲット分子に晒し、ここで前記ターゲット分子が、不活性化剤で処理されていない前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域において前記表面と結合して試料領域を作製する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記表面に前記対照領域および前記試料領域が作製されたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のマイクロプレート。 - 前記表面を反応性薬剤でコーティングし、
前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域にターゲット分子を堆積させて試料領域を作製し、
前記コーティングされた表面を不活性化剤に晒し、曝露された反応性薬剤をまだ有している前記コーティングされた表面部分を不活性化させて対照領域を作製する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記表面に前記対照領域および前記試料領域が作製されたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のマイクロプレート。 - 前記表面の所定の領域上に活性化剤を堆積させ、少なくとも曝露された活性化剤を有する前記コーティングされた表面部分にターゲット分子を付着させて試料領域を作製し、
対照領域として活性化剤のない領域を利用する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記表面に前記対照領域および前記試料領域が作製されたことを特徴とする請求項6記載のマイクロプレート。 - 堆積技術を用いて、前記バイオセンサの表面に対照領域および試料領域を作製する工程を有してなる、
バイオセンサ上にパターン化された表面を調製する方法。 - 前記表面を反応性薬剤でコーティングし、
前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域に不活性化剤を堆積させて対照領域を作製し、
前記表面をターゲット分子に晒し、ここで前記ターゲット分子が、不活性化剤で処理されていない前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域において前記表面と結合して試料領域を作製する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記バイオセンサの前記表面に対照領域および試料領域を作製することを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記表面を反応性薬剤でコーティングし、
前記コーティングされた表面の所定の領域にターゲット分子を堆積させて試料領域を作製し、
前記コーティングされた表面を不活性化剤に晒し、曝露された反応性薬剤をまだ有している前記コーティングされた表面部分を不活性化させて対照領域を作製する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記バイオセンサの前記表面に対照領域および試料領域を作製することを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記表面の所定の領域上に活性化剤を堆積させ、少なくとも曝露された活性化剤を有する前記コーティングされた表面の部分にターゲット分子を付着させて試料領域を作製し、
対照領域として活性化剤のない領域を利用する、
各工程を行うことにより、前記バイオセンサの前記表面に対照領域および試料領域を作製することを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記バイオセンサが2つ以上の対照領域および/または2つ以上の試料領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記対照領域および前記試料領域を有する前記バイオセンサが、前記試料領域が生体分子結合事象の検出に利用可能であり、また、前記対照領域が生体分子結合事象の検出に悪影響を与えうる疑似変化を見出し排除するのに利用可能であることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記堆積技術が、接触ピンプリンティング、非接触プリンティング(インクジェットプリンティング、エアロゾル式プリンティング)、ミクロ接触プリンティング、パッドプリンティング、およびスクリーンプリンティング、シルクプリンティング、マイクロピペッティング、およびスプレー式のいずれかを含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
