Abstract
Description

−第1シグナルと第2シグナルとの間の差分解析によって、第1領域における少なくとも目的分子の特異的な相互作用を定量化するステップ。
−本発明に係るマイクロキャリア10、100を提供するステップ。
−第1領域20、120および/または第2領域21、121との少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用をもたらすように設計された組成物に前記マイクロキャリア10、100を接触させるステップ。
−第1領域20、120によって放出される第1シグナルおよび第2領域21、121によって放出される第2シグナルを測定するステップ。この場合、第1シグナルおよび第2シグナルは蛍光シグナルである。
−第1シグナルと第2シグナルとの間の差分解析によって第1領域121、120における少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用の存在を定量化するステップ。この場合、該方法は、抗原24、125とタンパク質免疫グロブリンG抗体(IgG)23、124の特異的な相互作用を定量化することを可能にする。
Claims (13)
- 少なくともアッセイを実行するための検出面(15、115、215)を備え、前記検出面(15、115、215)が、少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用を検出するために第1官能基により官能化された第1領域(20、120、220)を含み、前記第1領域(20、120、220)が第1シグナルを提供するように設計されてなるマイクロキャリア(10、100、200)であって、
前記検出面(15、115、215)が、前記第1シグナルとは異なる第2シグナルを提供するように設計された第2領域(21、121、221)を更に含み、
前記第1シグナルおよび前記第2シグナルの比較により、少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用の存在に関する情報が提供されるように、前記第2シグナルがアッセイ中に放出されることを特徴とする、マイクロキャリア(10、100、200)。 - 前記第1領域(20、120、220)は、少なくとも部分的に前記第2領域(21、121、221)とは異なり、好ましくは、前記第1領域(20、120、220)は第2領域(21、121、221)と異なる、請求項1に記載のマイクロキャリア(10、100、200)。
- 前記第1領域(20、120、220)および/または前記第2領域(21、121、221)は完全に切り離された領域である、請求項1または2に記載のマイクロキャリア(10、100、200)。

- 少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用を検出するための方法であって、
a.請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロキャリア(10、100)を提供する工程と、
b.前記第1領域(20、120)および/または前記第2領域(21、121)との少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用をもたらすように設計された組成物と前記マイクロキャリア(10、100)とを接触させる工程と、
c.前記第1領域(20、120)によって放出される前記第1シグナルおよび前記第2領域(21、121)によって放出される前記第2シグナルを測定する工程と、
d.前記第1シグナルと前記第2シグナルとの間の差分解析によって、前記第1領域(20、121)における少なくとも化学的および/または生物学的相互作用の存在を定量化する工程と、
