Claims (28)
- サンプル領域と基準領域を含む表面を有するバイオセンサを作成する方法であって、
エアロゾルジェットデポジション技術を用いて前記基準領域及び/又は前記サンプル領域を前記バイオセンサの前記表面に形成するステップを有する方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記エアロゾルジェットデポジション技術を用いて前記表面の第1の所定領域に非活性化物質を堆積させて前記基準領域を形成するステップと、
前記表面の第2の所定領域上に反応性物質を堆積させることによって前記サンプル領域を形成するステップと、
を実行することにより、前記基準領域と前記サンプル領域とは前記バイオセンサの前記表面に形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法であって、
