Claims (17)
- 処理室を包囲し且つ下方フランジ接続部と上方フランジ接続部とを備えた外壁を有し、下方フランジ接続部を流動化ガスの供給源のフランジ接続部に接続し、上方フランジ接続部をガス放出用フィルタ室のフランジ接続部に接続した流動床装置モジュールにおいて、
処理室に少なくとも一つの仕切り要素が配置され、処理室に少なくとも一つの細長い通路が形成され、それによりプラグフロー領域が画定され、またモジュールに少なくとも一つのほぼ連続した製品入口と少なくとも一つのほぼ連続した製品出口とが設けられることを特徴とする流動床装置モジュール。 - 前記仕切り要素が処理室の中央に配置したコアの形態であり、コアと外壁との間に少なくとも一つの仕切り壁がのびることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記各細長い通路に、通路の第1端部で外壁を通って設けた製品入口及び通路の第2端部で外壁を通って設けた製品出口を設けることを特徴とする請求項2記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記コアの上方端部が円錐型頂部材で閉じられることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記円錐型頂部材の下方端部が、上方フランジ接続部と下方フランジ接続部との中間点より下方に位置する請求項4記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記下方フランジ接続部に、流動化ガスの入口開口をもつ床プレートを設け、床プレートがコアと外壁との間にのびる請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記各通路の長さLが上記通路の水平幅Wの5倍以上、好ましくは10倍以上である請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記コアが中空であり、逆混合型の別個の流動床領域を包囲する請求項2乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記コアが円筒状であり、外壁の横断面が円形であり、またコアを外壁とほぼ同心に設けて成る請求項2乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記近赤外線分光やマイクロ波によるような製品特性の監視装置を、通路の少なくとも一つの製品出口端部に設けた請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 前記製品特性の監視装置を、流動床装置モジュールの壁に設けた窓部に配置した請求項10記載の流動床装置モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の流動床装置モジュールを有して成る流動床装置。
- 前記流動床装置モジュールの上方フランジ接続部及び下方フランジ接続部をそれぞれ、エアーシリンダ駆動型クランプ装置によって充気室及びフィルタ室の対応したフランジ接続部に接続した請求項12記載の流動床装置。
- 流動化ガスの流量及び温度、並びに製品入口の流量のような動作パラメータを、製品特性の監視装置によって測定した装置で処理した残留水分のような測定パラメータに関連して制御するコンピュータを有して成る請求項12又は13記載の流動床装置。
- それぞれのモジュールが処理室を包囲する外壁を有し、流動床装置における第1モジュールを第2モジュールに交換する方法であって、第1モジュールの下方及び上方フランジ接続部を、流動床装置のそれぞれ流動化ガスの供給源及びガス放出用フィルタ室の相応した下方及び上方フランジ接続部から分離して、第1モジュールを第2モジュールに交換し、そして第2モジュールの下方及び上方フランジ接続部を装置の相応した下方及び上方フランジ接続部に接続する方法において、
バッチ型の第1モジュールを連続型の第2モジュールに交換し、それにより処理室に少なくとも一つの仕切り要素を設けて、処理室に少なくとも一つの細長い通路を形成し、プラグフロー領域を画定すること、少なくとも一つの製品入口を装置のほぼ連続した製品供給部に接続すること、及び少なくとも一つの製品出口を装置のほぼ連続した製品放出部に接続することを含む方法。 - 前記仕切り要素が仕切り室にコアの形態で設けられ、少なくとも一つの仕切り壁がコアと外壁との間にのびる請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記第2モジュールの壁における窓部に設けた近赤外線装置、マイクロ波装置などが装置のコンピュータに接続されることを特徴とする請求項15又は16記載の方法。
