На продольных стенках 25 камеры смонтированы вихреобразователи, выполненные в виде наклонных пластин, установленных р дами вдоль движени издели с чередованием направлени наклона.На фиг. 1 показано описываемое устрой- 30 ство, продольный разрез; па фиг. 2 — вид пострелке А на фиг. 1 ^^llздeлиe условно не показано).Устройство содержит вертикальную камеру 1, заполненную зернистым инертным теплоносителем 2, горизонтальные трубчатые электронагреватели 3, воздуховод 4 дл подачи ожижающего агента и сепарационную камеру 5. Выходной участок камеры 1 выполнен с U-образным продольным сечением, обращенным вершиной навстречу подаче обрабатываемого издели , и посредством узко11 щелевид- ной горловины 6 и диффузора 7 соединен о воздуховодом 4. На продольных стенках камеры 1 смонтированы вихреобразователи 8, выполненные в виде наклонных пластин (см. фиг. 2), установленных р дами вдоль движени издели с чередованием направлени наклона, нанример, в шахматном пор дке.Работа устройства осуществл етс следующим .образом.Обрабатываемое изделие 9, папример обре- зиненна ткань, непрерывно подаетс по центру камеры 1 снизу и отводитс сверху. В камеру через воздуховод подаетс ожижаю- щий агент, например нагретый газ, скорость которого в щелевидной горловине 6 достаточна дл предотвращени высыпани из камеры 1 зернистого теплоносител 2. Теплоноситель 2 интенсивно перемешиваетс и передает тепло от олчижающего газа и нагревателей ткани. | |
