Claims (10)
- 金属板(10)の1つの面から突出し、上記金属板(10)と一体に形成された管状延伸部(12)を含み、上記管状延伸部(12)は、突出する端末側に内径が第1の直径(d1)である穴(14)を有し、上記金属板(10)側の端部に直径が第2の直径(d2)である内接円(20)を含む金属板において、上記管状延伸部(12)は、第1部分(16)と第2部分(18)とを含み、上記第1部分(16)の上記穴(14)の内径は一定で上記第1の直径(d1)に等しく、円錐形の受け座である上記第2部分(18)の上記穴(14)の内接円の直径は、上記第1の直径(d1)から上記第2の直径(d2)まで増加することを特徴とする、金属板。
- 上記管状延伸部(12)の箇所において、1.5mm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属板。
- 上記穴(14)の、上記金属板(10)側の上記端部における形状は、6角形(24)状であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の金属板。
- 上記第1の直径(d1)は、7mm〜9mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の金属板。
- 上記管状延伸部(12)の上記第1部分(16)の中に、ネジが切られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の金属板。
- 請求項5に記載の上記金属板(10)と、直径が上記第1の直径(d1)である上記ネジと係合する、ビス(5)を含むことを特徴とする、組立体。
- 上記金属板(10)はヒンジ支持体であり、更にフードのヒンジ(1)を含み、上記ビス(5)は、上記フードの上記ヒンジ(1)を、上記ヒンジ支持体の上記管状延伸部(12)と反対側へ連結することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の組立体。
- 金属板(10)の流れ穿孔方法において、上記流れ穿孔によって作られた管状延伸部(12)が、上記金属板(10)の近くの円錐形の受け座(18)と、穴(14)の直径(d1)が一定である外側部分(16)とを含むことを特徴とする、金属板の流れ穿孔方法。
- 上記外側部分(16)の中に、ネジを切る工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の金属板の流れ穿孔方法。
- 請求項8または9に記載の金属板の流れ穿孔方法による工程と、ネジ(5)による固定とを含むことを特徴とする、フードのヒンジ(1)の上記金属板(10)への組み付け方法。
