Claims (11)
- 少なくとも2種類のガスを液相の存在下で反応させるための反応器(1)であって、
閉チャンバを有し、この閉チャンバは、その外部を通して液相を循環させる外部液相循環装置(8)を有し、
更に、少なくとも2種類のガス(9,10)及び外部を通して循環させた液相(8)を注入するための少なくとも1つのインジェクタ(4)を有し、
前記インジェクタ(4)は、前記少なくとも2種類のガスと外部を通して循環させた液相との混合を前記インジェクタの出口において初めて開始させるように構成される、反応器。 - 前記インジェクタ(4)は、少なくとも2種類のガスと外部を通して循環させた液相とを別々に注入するために、少なくとも3つのノズルを有する、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記インジェクタ(4)は、少なくとも3つの同心のノズルを有し、少なくとも3つの同心のノズルは、少なくとも1つの中央ノズル(41)と、少なくとも2つのノズルである中間ノズル(44)及び外ノズル(48)とを有し、中間ノズル及び外ノズルの各々は、横開口部(45,49)を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記インジェクタ(4)は、少なくとも3つの同心のノズルを有し、少なくとも3つの同心のノズルは、外部を通して循環させた液相(8)を供給するための少なくとも1つの中央ノズル(41)と、少なくとも2つのノズルである中間ノズル(44)及び外ノズル(48)とを有し、中間ノズル及び外ノズルの各々は、ガス(9,10)を供給するための横開口部(45,49)を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- ガスを供給する前記中間ノズル(44)及び前記外ノズル(48)は、前記インジェクタ(4)の出口において、有効断面積の減少部を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記外部液相循環装置(8)は、自然循環のメカニズムに基づく、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 前記液相を前記反応器の内部で循環させるための装置を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の反応器。
- 少なくとも2種類のガスを液相の存在下で反応させるための反応器(1)であって、
外部液相循環装置(8)を有する閉チャンバと、
ガス(9,10)及び外部を通して循環させた液相(8)をそれぞれ注入するための少なくとも2つのインジェクタ(4)を含む、反応器。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の反応器を用いて、少なくとも2種類のガスを液相の存在下で反応させる方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種類のガスは、塩素及びエチレンであり、前記液相は、1,2−ジクロロエタン(DCE)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2種類のガスは、塩素及び塩化ビニルであり、前記液相は、1,1,2−トリクロロエタン(T112)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
