の組成で、シリカ供給源、有機構造指向剤(SDA)、水および任意の金属、Xを一緒に混合することによる、表2と同様の回折パターンを有するITQ−27の結晶性シリケート組成物の合成方法も含む。Xは1種以上のB、Ga、Al、Fe、Li、Be、P、Zn、Cr、Mg、Co、Ni、Be、Mn、As、In、Sn、Sb、TiおよびZrなどのいずれかの四面体配位可能な金属であり、より好ましくは1種以上の四面体配位可能な三価金属であり、そしてなおより好ましくは1種以上の元素B、Ga、AlおよびFeであり、そしてYは単独で、またはGeおよびTiなどのいずれかの他の四面体配位可能な四価金属との組み合わせでSiである。
K2CO3の存在下でクロロホルム中ヨウ化メチルによるジフェニルホスフィンのメチル化によって、図1に示されるジフェニル−ジメチル−ホスホニウムテンプレートを得た。次いでそれを一晩、アニオン交換樹脂によって相当する水酸化物にバッチ式で変換した。窒素雰囲気下(または水の不在下)で10.80g(0.058モル)のジフェニルホスフィンを50mlのイソプロパノールに溶解した。次いで9.55gの炭酸カリウムセスキ水和物を添加し、そして混合物を撹拌した。最後に24.60g(0.173モル)のヨウ化メチルを滴下した。48時間後、8gのヨウ化メチルを再び添加し、そして混合物を全5日間、放置した。
テフロン(登録商標)(Teflon)ライニングステンレス鋼オートクレーブにおいて熱水条件下および連続撹拌下で、以下の組成のゲルから合成を実行した。
SiO2:0.014 Al2O3:0.50 Me2Ph2POH:0.50 HF:4.2 H2O
0.29モル/1000gの溶液濃度を有する95.04gのジフェニル−ジメチル−ホスホニウム(Me2Ph2P)ヒドロキシド中で0.32gのアルミニウムイソプロポキシドおよび11.50gのオルトケイ酸テトラエチル(TEOS)を加水分解することによってITQ−27の合成を実行した。この混合物を撹拌下で濃縮し、そして加水分解において形成されたアルコールを完全に蒸発させた。1.14gのHF溶液(48.1重量%)を添加し、そして過剰量の水の完全蒸発まで混合物を撹拌下で放置した。少量の非晶質材料を有するITQ−27の種結晶を添加した(混合物中の全シリカに対して5重量%)。ゲルの組成は以下の通りである:

Claims (20)
- 架橋原子によって連結された四面体原子(T)のフレームワークを有し、明細書の表1に示される様式で最近位の四面体(T)原子を連結することによって四面体原子フレームワークが画定されることを特徴とする合成結晶性材料。
- 前記四面体原子がLi、Be、Al、P、Si、Ga、Ge、Zn、Cr、Mg、Fe、Co、Ni、Be、Mn、As、In、Sn、Sb、TiおよびZrよりなる群から選択される1種以上の元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性材料。
- 前記架橋原子がO、N、F、S、SeおよびCよりなる群から選択される1種以上の元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性材料。
- 実質的に明細書の表2に明示されるピークを含むX線回折パターンを特徴とする合成された状態の合成多孔性結晶性材料。
- mR:aX2O3:YO2・nH2O(式中、Rは有機化合物であり、XはB、Ga、AlおよびFeよりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属であり、YはSi、GeおよびTiよりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属であり、m、aおよびnは10以下の実数である)の組成を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の結晶性材料。
- 実質的に明細書の表3に明示される最も有意な線を含むX線回折パターンを有することを特徴とする焼成脱水材料。
- aX2O3:YO2・nH2O(式中、XはB、Ga、AlおよびFeよりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属であり、YはSi、GeおよびTiよりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属であり、aおよびnは10以下の実数である)の組成を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の焼成脱水材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の材料を使用することを特徴とする炭化水素含有流から炭化水素を分離する方法。
- 有機化合物を含む供給原料を少なくとも一種の転化生成物へ転化する方法であって、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の材料の活性型を含む触媒と前記供給原料を、有機化合物転化条件下で接触させる工程を含むことを特徴とする転化方法。
- 前記触媒が水素化金属と組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の転化方法。
- 前記水素化金属がタングステン、バナジウム、モリブデン、レニウム、ニッケル、コバルト、クロム、マンガンおよび貴金属よりなる群から選択される1種以上の金属であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の転化方法。
- 表2と同様の回折パターンを有するITQ−27の結晶性シリケート組成物の合成方法であって、
