[式中、Rは、有機化合物であり、Xは、四面体配位が可能な任意の金属であり、B、Ga、Al、Fe、Li、Be、P、Zn、Cr、Mg、Co、Ni、Mn、As、In、Sn、Sb、およびZrの一種以上などであり、より好ましくは四面体配位が可能な一種以上の三価金属、更により好ましくは元素B、Ga、Al、およびFeの一種以上であり、kは、Xの酸化状態であって、1〜3の数を表し、Yは、Si単独であるか、または四面体配位が可能な任意の他の四価金属(GeおよびTiなど)との組み合わせであり、しかもmは、0.01以上1以下の数を表し、aは、0.2以下の数を表し、nは、10以下の数を表す]

この化合物は、表2および図3に示される固有の回折パターンを有する。表2の回折パターンは、PANalytical X’Pert回折計を、X’celerator検知器、Bragg−Brentanoジオメトリ、45kVおよび40mAの管電圧および管電流、固定発散スリット1/16°、ステップサイズ0.017°、および(計数時間/ステップ)1400秒で用いて、CuKα線により測定された。

エタン−1,2−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ブロミドを、トリメチルホスフィン(>97wt%)25.0gを1,2−ジブロモエタン28.20g/メタノール100mlの混合物に加えることによって合成した。混合物を、撹拌下に、60℃で二日間置き、白色固体が沈殿する。これは、ジエチルエーテルによる洗浄後、エタン−1,2−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ブロミドに相当する。この白色固体を、予め水に溶解し、アニオン交換樹脂をバッチで終夜用いて、対応する水酸化物へ転化し、エタン−1,2−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドの溶液(濃度1.18モルOH/Kg)が得られる。これは、構造規定剤源として用いられるであろう。この剤を、図1(上図)に示す。
プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ブロミドを、トリメチルホスフィン(>97wt%)25.0gを1,3−ジブロモエタン30.47g/メタノール100mlの混合物に加えることによって合成した。混合物を、撹拌下に、室温で24時間置き、白色固体が沈殿する。これは、ジエチルエーテルによる洗浄後、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ブロミドに相当する。この白色固体を、予め水に溶解し、アニオン交換樹脂をバッチで終夜用いて、対応する水酸化物へ転化し、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドの溶液(濃度0.89モルOH/Kg)が得られる。これは、構造規定剤源として用いられるであろう。この剤を、図1(下図)に示す。
酸化ゲルマニウム0.38gを、エタン−1,2−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドの溶液(濃度1.18モルOH/Kg)10.13gに溶解した。次いで、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)7.56gを、形成された溶液中で加水分解し、混合物を、撹拌下に、加水分解中に形成された全てのエタノールが蒸発されるまで保持した。最後に、HF(48wt%)0.50gを、加え、撹拌を続けた。最終組成物は、次のものであった。
0.91SiO2:0.09GeO2:0.15(Me3P)2(CH2)2(OH)2:0.30HF:3H2O

この合成に用いられた合成ゲルは、次のモル組成を有した。
0.95SiO2:0.05GeO2:0.15(Me3P)2(CH2)2(OH)2:0.30HF:3H2O

ITQ−34試料を、次のゲル組成物を用いて調製した。
0.91SiO2:0.09GeO2:0.15(Me3P)2(CH2)3(OH)2:0.30HF:7H2O
[式中、(Me3P)2(CH2)3(OH)2は、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドである]
酸化ゲルマニウム0.39gを、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシド(濃度0.90モルOH/Kg)13.41gに溶解した。次いで、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)7.57gを、形成された溶液中で加水分解し、混合物を、撹拌下に、加水分解中に形成された全てのアルコールが蒸発されるまで保持し、所望の組成物を得た。最後に、HF(48wt%)0.50gを加えた。ゲルを、テフロン(登録商標)(Teflon)−内張りステンレススチールオートクレーブ中で、撹拌条件下175℃で6日間加熱した。固体を、ろ過し、脱イオン水で洗浄し、100℃で乾燥した。試料のXRDパターンは、ITQ−34のそれに対応する。これを、図4に示す。
酸化ゲルマニウム0.25gを、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドの溶液(濃度0.89モルOH/Kg)16.85gに溶解した。次いで、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)9.95gを、形成された溶液中で加水分解し、混合物を、撹拌下に、全てのエタノールが蒸発されるまで保持した。次いで、HF(48wt%)0.625gを、加え、撹拌を続けた。最終組成物は、次のものであった。
0.95SiO2:0.05GeO2:0.15(Me3P)2(CH2)3(OH)2:0.30HF:7H2O

テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)12.75gを、プロパン−1,3−ビス(トリメチルホスホニウム)ヒドロキシドの溶液(濃度0.89モルOH/Kg)33.73g中で加水分解し、混合物を、撹拌下に、加水分解中に形成された全てのエタノールが蒸発されるまで保持した。次いで、HF(48wt%)1.275gを、加え、撹拌を続けて、次の最終組成物が得られた。

Claims (14)
- 前記四面体原子は、B、Li、Be、Al、P、Si、Ga、Ge、Zn、Cr、Mg、Fe、Co、Ni、Mn、As、In、Sn、Sb、TiおよびZrからなる群から選択される一種以上の元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成結晶性物質。
- 前記架橋原子は、O、N、F、S、SeおよびCからなる群から選択される一種以上の元素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成結晶性物質。
- 組成mR:aX2O3:YO2・nH2O
(式中、Rは、有機化合物であり、Xは、B、Ga、AlおよびFeからなる群から選択される一種以上の金属であり、Yは、Si、GeおよびTiからなる群から選択される一種以上の金属であり、mは、0.01以上1以下の数であり、aは、0.2以下の数であり、nは、10以下の数である)
を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の合成多孔質結晶性物質。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の物質を用いることを特徴とする、炭化水素含有ストリームからの炭化水素の分離方法。
- 有機化合物を含む原料材を、少なくとも一種の転化生成物に転化する方法であって、
前記原料材を、有機化合物転化条件で、炭化水素転化に触媒的活性な形態にある請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の物質を含む触媒と接触させる工程を含むことを特徴とする原料材の転化方法。 - 前記触媒は、水素添加活性を有する金属と組み合わされることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の原料材の転化方法。
- 前記水素添加活性を有する金属は、タングステン、バナジウム、モリブデン、レニウム、ニッケル、コバルト、クロム、マンガンおよび貴金属からなる群から選択される一種以上の金属であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の原料材の転化方法。
- 下記の表4と同様の回折パターンを有する結晶性シリケート組成物ITQ−34を合成する方法であって、
四価元素源Y(Yは、Si単独、若しくはSiとGeおよび/またはTiの組み合わせである)、有機構造規定剤R、水、並びに任意の金属源X(Xは、四面体配位が可能な任意の三価金属である)および任意のフッ化物F源を一緒に混合する工程、および得られる混合物をシリケートが結晶化するのに十分な温度および時間で加熱する工程を含み、
そのとき、得られる混合物をモル比で、下記の範囲:

H2O/YO2:2〜50
X/YO2:0〜0.2
F/YO2:0〜2
の組成を有するものとすることを特徴とする合成方法。
- 前記Xは、B、Ga、AlおよびFeからなる群から選択される一種以上の金属であり、前記Yは、ケイ素であり、かつGeおよびTiからなる群から選択される一種以上の金属を含んでもよいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の合成方法。
- 前記モル比は、下記の範囲:
