Abstract
Description
20%から800%の範囲にある破断伸び、
その破断伸びの一部にわたる純粋な弾性伸び、および
0.5メガパスカル(MPa)から300MPaの範囲にあるヤング率
を与え、接着剤のビードが、接着後、0.8mmから3mmの範囲にある呼び厚さを与えるオープニングパネルを提供する。
接着剤は、その破断伸びの少なくとも50%にわたって純粋な弾性伸びを与える。
接着剤のビードは、25mmより小さな呼び幅を与える。
ポリオレフィンは、20×10−6から60×10−6ミリメートル毎ミリメートル毎ケルビン(mm/mm/K)の範囲にある、好ましくは30×10−6から45×10−6mm/mm/Kの範囲にある係数を有する。
ポリオレフィンは、耐UV添加物をなんら含まない。実際、驚くべきことにポリオレフィンの組成からこのような添加剤を削除すると接着剤の接着性が非常に向上することが見出されている。
ポリオレフィンは、重量で10%から50%の、例えばエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマ(EPDA)タイプのエラストマー充填材を含む。
ポリオレフィンは、1000MPaから2500MPaの範囲にある、好ましくは1500MPaより大きなヤング率を有する。
構造部品のヤング率をスキンのヤング率で除した割合は3から15の範囲にある、つまり構造部品はスキンよりより剛性であることを意味する。
外側スキンの膨張係数は、構造部品の膨張係数の1.5倍より大きい。したがって構造部品に対して相当に膨張するスキンであっても本発明による接着剤のビードの使用が、熱応力の後にスキン上に外部痕跡の生成をもたらすことはない。
接着剤のヤング率は、0.5MPaから10MPaの範囲にある。
接着後の接着剤のビードの呼び厚さは、1.5mmから2mmの範囲にある。
接着後の接着剤のビードの呼び幅は、12mmより小さい。
接着剤のビードを覆うポリオレフィンスキンの呼び厚さは1.5mmから4mmの範囲にある。
構造部品はそれに締結されまたはその中に埋め込まれた補強材を含む。
Claims (18)
- ポリオレフィンの外側スキン(12)で構成された外観部品およびスキンの膨張係数より小さな膨張係数を有する構造部品(14)を備え、2つの部品が、2つの部品の一方の表面で他方の部品の表面に面している表面に配置された接着剤のビードにより結合される自動車のためのオープニングパネルであって、接着剤が、
20%から800%の範囲にある破断伸び、
破断伸びの一部にわたる純粋に弾性な伸び、および
0.5メガパスカル(MPa)から300MPaの範囲にあるヤング率
を与え、かつ接着剤のビードが、接着後0.8mmから3mmの範囲にある呼び厚さを与えることを特徴とする、オープニングパネル。 - 構造部品が、熱硬化性のポリマー、特にBMCでできている、請求項1に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 構造部品が、強化熱硬化性ポリマー、特にグラスファイバシートを含む、グラスファイバ入りのポリプロピレンでできている、請求項1に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフィンが20×10−6から60×10−6mm/mm/Kの範囲、好ましくは30×10−6から45×10−6mm/mm/Kの範囲にある係数を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフィンが、重量で10%から50%、好ましくは重量で20%から40%のタルクを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフェンが、耐UV添加物をなんら含まない、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフィンが、重量で10%から50%の、例えばEPDMタイプのエラストマー充填材を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- ポリオレフィンが、1000MPaから2500MPaの範囲にあり、好ましくは1500MPaより大きいヤング率を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 構造部品のヤング率をスキンのヤング率で除した割合が、3から15の範囲にある、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 外側スキンの膨張係数が、構造部品の膨張係数の1.5倍より大きい、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 接着剤のヤング率が0.5MPaから10MPaの範囲にある、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 接着後の接着剤のビードの呼び厚さが1.5mmから2mmの範囲にある、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 接着後の接着剤のビードの呼び幅が25mmより小さく、好ましくは12mmより小さい、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 接着剤のビードを覆うポリオレフィンスキンの呼び厚さが、1.5mmから4mmの範囲にある、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 接着剤が、その破断伸びの少なくとも50%にわたって純粋な弾性伸びを与える、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
- 構造部品が、それに締結されまたはその中に埋め込まれた補強材(18)を含む、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載のオープニングパネル。
