Claims (8)
- 陽極酸化による廃水のCOD処理装置であって、第一のタイプの酸素発生陽極を備えた第一の電解槽を含み、ここで、該第一の電解槽は、第二のタイプの酸素発生陽極を備えた少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽に、連続して、または、並行して連結されており、該第二のタイプの陽極は、該第一のタイプの酸素発生陽極よりも高い過電圧を有する、上記装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽は、前記第一の電解槽よりも低い総合的な陽極表面を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽の第二のタイプの酸素発生陽極は、ホウ素ドープダイヤモンド製の陽極である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の電解槽の第一のタイプの酸素発生陽極は、酸化スズおよび酸化アンチモンを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の電解槽の活性表面と、前記少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽の活性表面との比率は、55:45〜95:5で構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第一の電解槽に供給される電流と、前記少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽に供給される電流との比率は、調節可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置で陽極酸化プロセスを行うことを含む、廃水のCOD処理法。
- 前記第一の電解槽に供給される電流と、前記少なくとも1つの第二の電解槽に供給される電流との比率は、55:45〜95:5で構成される、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
