Description
Claims (18)
- 導管をシステムに接続するための接続装置であって、システムに固定された対応部材に接続されるべき接続機構を備えており、該接続機構が導管の端区分に固定可能である形式のものにおいて、
接続機構(2,2′)が固定のために、導管(1)の半径方向で突出する少なくとも1つの突出部(3)を形状接続的に取り囲むことを特徴とする、導管をシステムに接続するための接続装置。 - 接続機構(2)が、少なくとも1つの第1のハーフケーシング(4)と第2のハーフケーシング(5)とを有しており、これらのハーフケーシングが、相接して位置する当該ハーフケーシング(4,5)によって導管(1)が取り囲まれているように互いに固定可能である、請求項1記載の接続装置。
- ハーフケーシング(4,5)が、それぞれセンタリング手段と少なくとも1つの固定部材とを有している、請求項2記載の接続装置。
- センタリング手段として少なくとも1つのセンタリングピン(6,6′)が、対応する収容部(7,7′)と一緒に設けられている、請求項3記載の接続装置。
- 固定部材として係止結合部材が設けられている、請求項3又は4記載の接続装置。
- 両ハーフケーシング(4,5)が互いに相補的に形成されている、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- 相接して位置するハーフケーシング(4,5)が、それぞれ導管(1)に面した内面に周方向の溝(10)を有しており、該溝が、導管(1)の半径方向で突出する突出部(3)を収容する、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- 突出部(3)が、導管(1)における周方向の隆起部として形成されている、請求項7記載の接続装置。
- 接続しようとする導管(1)の端区分に、半径方向で延在する少なくとも1つの第2の突出部(12)が設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- 第2の突出部(12)と、接続機構(2)の前記突出部(12)に面した側の端部との間に、少なくとも1つのシール部材が配置されている、請求項9記載の接続装置。
- 前記シール部材がOリング(13)である、請求項10記載の接続装置。
- 接続機構(2′)が、半径方向で拡張可能な一体のケーシング(14)として形成されている、請求項1記載の接続装置。
- 前記ケーシング(14)が、規定された長さを有する、軸方向で延在する少なくとも1つのスリット(15)を有している、請求項12記載の接続装置。
- 前記ケーシング(14)が、導管に面した内面に周方向の溝(10)を有しており、該溝が、導管(1)の半径方向で突出する突出部(3)を収容する、請求項12又は13記載の接続装置。
- 導管(1)の接続しようとする端区分に面した側のケーシング(14)の端部域(16)が、シール部材として形成されている、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- 前記シール部材がケーシング(14)の端部域(16)に一体射出成形されている、請求項15記載の接続装置。
- 接続機構(2,2′)用の材料としてプラスチックが規定されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
- 接続機構(2,2′)の外側輪郭が、この接続機構を収容する、対応する対応部材の収容域の輪郭に適合されている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の接続装置。
