Abstract
Description
最初に、ブチルアセテート中に20gのY2O3:Eu及び2gのGdPO4:Prの懸濁させた懸濁物を調製した。その懸濁物には、有機結合剤及び分散剤(ニトロセルロース、ナノ粒子状のAl2O3、エチルアセテート)のような添加物が添加された。懸濁物は、シルク-スクリーンプリントの手段によって、担体プレート2へ付与されて、乾燥された。続いて、プリント及び乾燥工程は、緑色及び青色の発光を有する他の2種類の型のリン光体用に繰り返された。

Claims (14)
- Eu(III)活性化リン光体及びUV発光リン光体のリン光体混合物を有するリン光体層が供された発光素子。
- 前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体が、Y(V1-xPx)O4、(Y1-xGdx)2O3、Y(V1-x-yPxBy)O4及びこれらのうちの少なくとも2つの混合物からなる群から選択され、
0.0≦x≦1.0、及び0.0≦y≦1.0である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。 - 使用される前記UV発光リン光体が、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)PO4、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)BO3、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)B3O6、Ba(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)B9O16、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)2SiO5、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)2Si2O7、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)MgB5O10、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)MgAl11O19、又はこれらのうちの少なくとも2つの混合物からなる群から選択され、
0.0≦x≦0.99、0.0≦y≦0.99、及びx+y<1である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。 - 前記UV発光リン光体が、Pr3+、Nd3+又はBi3+によって感光性を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記UV発光リン光体が、GdPO4:Nd、GdPO4:Pr及びGdPO4:Biを有する群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記リン光体層が、前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体粒子、及び前記UV発光リン光体粒子の混合物を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体粒子の相対量が、前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体の質量に基づいた質量比にして、好適には1%-50%で、より好適には5%-30%であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の発光素子。
- 前記リン光体層が、前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体を含むベース層、及び前記UV発光リン光体を含むコーティング層を有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発光素子。
- 前記ベース層が、5μm-25μmの範囲で、より好適には10μm-20μmの範囲の厚さを有し、
前記コーティング層が、0.1μm-15μmの範囲で、より好適には1μm-10μmの範囲の厚さを有する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の発光素子。 - Eu(III)活性化リン光体及びUV発光リン光体のリン光体混合物を有するリン光体層が供された発光スクリーン。
- Eu(III)活性化リン光体及びUV発光リン光体を有するリン光体混合物。
- 前記Eu(III)活性化リン光体が、Y(V1-xPx)O4、(Y1-xGdx)2O3、Y(V1-x-yPxBy)O4及びこれらのうちの少なくとも2つの混合物からなる群から選択され、
0.0≦x≦1.0、及び0.0≦y≦1.0である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリン光体混合物。 - 使用される前記UV発光リン光体が、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)PO4、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)BO3、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)B3O6、Ba(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)B9O16、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)2SiO5、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)2Si2O7、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)MgB5O10、(Gd1-x-yYxLuy)MgAl11O19、又はこれらのうちの少なくとも2つの混合物からなる群から選択され、
0.0≦x≦0.99、0.0≦y≦0.99、及びx+y<1である、
