【解決手段】
自動車用の窓ガラスを嵌め込む流動性物質、特に液状或いはペースト状合成樹脂及び密封材料又はそのいずれか一方の放出用ノズルは、物質の放出用の出口(4)をもつノズル先端(1)を有し、そのノズル先端開口(6、7、8)が少なくとも一部分で実質的に三角形或いはV字状プロフィール(7)をもつノズル方向の長手延長部を有し、出口の開口幾何学を変更する制御可能な制御要素(2)を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (17)
- 物質の放出用の出口をもつノズル先端を有し、そのノズル先端開口が少なくとも一部分で実質的に三角形或いはV字状プロフィールをもつノズル方向の長手延長部を有する自動車用の窓ガラスを嵌め込む流動性物質、特に液状或いはペースト状合成樹脂及び密封材料又はそのいずれか一方の放出用ノズルにおいて、出口の開口幾何学を変更する制御可能な制御要素を備えることを特徴とするノズル。
- 出口が既製された開口プロフィールを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素はノズル方向に位置変更可能で固定可能なカバースリーブとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1或いは請求項2に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素が調整できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素が固有の開口プロフィールを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素が出口の開口プロフィールにより修正する開口プロフィールを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素の開口プロフィールが出口の開口プロフィールより大きい開口角度を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素の出口プロフィール及び開口プロフィール又はそのいずれか一方が少なくとも一つの部分でU字形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素の出口プロフィール及び開口プロフィール又はそのいずれか一方が少なくとも一つの部分でV字形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- V字形状を実現するために、制御要素の出口プロフィール及び開口プロフィール又はそのいずれか一方が第一部分で実質的にノズルの長手軸線に対して斜めに切断されており、V字形状の先端を形成するために、開口プロフィール部分が第二部分で出口の外面内に一種の刻み目を形成して続いていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のノズル。
- ノズルの互いに反対を向いた側面にU字形状とV字形状が設けられ、それら形状が互いに斜めにノズルの自由端まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- ノズルの自由端における互いに延びるプロフィール部分の間に一種のプラトーが互いに対向位置するプロフィールの脚を連結する円セグメントの形状であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素が種々の位置で摩擦締めによって固定できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 摩擦締めのために固定ねじが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のノズル。
- 摩擦締めのためにプレスばめが特に押圧可能な継目板を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のノズル。
- 制御要素が種々の位置で形状締めによって固定できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載のノズル。
- 形状締めのために係合部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のノズル。
