Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 補強繊維と樹脂と充填物質とを含む繊維複合部品を製造するための繊維複合材の製造方法において、充填物質が粉砕した補強繊維および/または切断した補強繊維を含んでいることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 粉砕した充填物質の粒径が2mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 切断繊維のサイズが20mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 粉砕物および/または切断した補強繊維に、後に繊維複合部品のマトリックスを形成する樹脂を混合させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 樹脂充填物質混合物をフィルムに加工することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 樹脂充填物質フィルムを、たとえば織物、編み物、メリヤス、無方向性または多軸性の束等の繊維半製品の上に被着させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 本来の繊維半製品をたとえば予成形品として部品の型に収容する前に、樹脂充填物質フィルムをそのようなものとして部品の型に装入することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 樹脂・充填物質混合物を噴射方法で繊維半製品の上に被着させるか、或いは、部品の型に被着させることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 樹脂・充填物質混合物で噴射処理した繊維半製品を予成形品の製造にも利用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の製造方法。
- 樹脂マトリックスと補強繊維と場合によっては充填物質とを含むSMC成形材において、充填物質または付加的な充填物質が、補強繊維をも構成する材料から成る粉砕物であることを特徴とするSMC成形材。
