Claims (10)
- 有効成分又は組成物をカプセル化する方法において、以下の段階:
a)有効成分又は組成物と、少なくとも1種の炭水化物材料及び場合により乳化剤の水溶液を有するマトリックスとを有効な温度及び撹拌条件下で合し、そしてブレンドして、適切な湿分含有率を有するこれらの均質溶融物を製造する段階;
b)この均質溶融物を、ダイを介して押出する段階;
c)この溶融物を冷却する段階;
d)得られた材料を、それがダイを出る際か又はこの溶融物を冷却した後に細断、切断、粉砕又は粉末化する段階;及び
e)場合により乾燥させる段階を含み、
段階c)の溶融物の冷却を、押出された材料と−25℃未満の温度を有する冷媒とを接触させることにより実施する方法。 - 冷媒が−50℃〜−200℃の温度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 冷媒が液体窒素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全ての段階を連続的に実施し、かつ段階a)において形成された均質溶融物を、この連続法の段階a)の設計に適切に配置された2つの熱交換器により得る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭水化物材料の水溶液を第1の熱交換器を介して濃縮してその水の量を減らし、そしてカプセル化されるべき有効材料と混合し、次いでこの混合物、すなわち炭水化物/有効材料混合物を第2の熱交換器の表面上を通過させ、押出されるべき前記混合物に所望の押出温度値をもたらす、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により得られ、かつ冷媒を実質的に有しない、有効成分又は組成物の押出されたデリバリーシステム。
- ショ糖か又はショ糖誘導体のマトリックスを有する、請求項6に記載の押出されたデリバリーシステム。
- 有効成分として請求項6に記載の押出されたデリバリーシステムを有する消費者製品。
- フレーバー付与された組成物か又はフレーバー付与用組成物、チューインガムか又は咀嚼が必要な軟質菓子、アイスクリーム、ビスケット、医薬組成物か又は練り歯磨の形である、請求項8に記載の消費者製品。
- 賦香された組成物か又は賦香用組成物、石鹸、化粧品調製物、消臭剤か又は固体界面活性剤もしくは洗浄用製品の形である、請求項8に記載の消費者製品。
