Claims (10)

1. Способ инкапсулирования активного ингредиента или композиции, включающий стадии:
а) комбинирования и смешивания активного ингредиента или композиции с матрицей, содержащей водный раствор, по меньшей мере, одного углеводного материала и необязательно эмульгатор, при температуре и режимах перемешивания, пригодных для получения однородного расплава, имеющего соответствующее влагосодержание;
б) экструдирования однородного расплава через головку экструдера;
в) охлаждения расплава;
г) измельчения, нарезания, размола или измельчения в порошок полученного материала на выходе из головки экструдера или после охлаждения расплава и
д) необязательно сушки,
отличающийся тем, что охлаждение расплава на стадии (в) осуществляется путем контакта экструдированного материала с охлаждающей средой, имеющей температуру ниже -25°С.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что охлаждающая среда имеет температуру от -50°С до -200°С.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что охлаждающей средой является жидкий азот.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что все стадии осуществляются непрерывно, а образующийся на стадии (а) гомогенный расплав приготовляется с применением двух теплообменников, размещенных в соответствии с планом компоновки оборудования на стадии (а) непрерывного способа.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что водный раствор углеводного материала концентрируется в первом теплообменнике за счет снижения количества воды в нем перед последующим смешиванием с инкапсулируемым активным материалом, а после смешивания с последним полученная смесь углевода с активным материалом пропускается по поверхности второго теплообменника для доведения температуры указанной смеси, подлежащей экструзии, до требуемого для экструзии значения.
6. Экструдированная система-носитель активного ингредиента или композиции, пригодная для получения способом по п.1 и не содержащая, в основном, охлаждающей среды.
7. Система-носитель по п.6, включающая матрицу сахара или производного сахара.
8. Потребительский продукт, который содержит активный ингредиент, систему-носитель по п.6.
9. Потребительский продукт по п.8 в виде ароматизированной или ароматизирующей композиции, жевательной резинки или мягкой жевательной конфеты, мороженого, сухого печенья, фармацевтического препарата или зубной пасты.
10. Потребительский продукт по п.8 в виде душистой композиции или отдушки, мыла, косметического средства, дезодоранта или твердого моющего или чистящего продукта.
