Description
イソボルネオールアクリレート、約10%〜約20%のエチルオキシレート・トリメチルプロパン・トリアクリレート(ジョージア州SmyrnaのUCB Surface Specialists)、及び、約5〜10重量%の光開始剤パッケージを含む。
3層のポリエチレン(コネチカット州WillingtonのPlassein International Packaging)製のプラスティックバッグを、125μmの微細孔をバッグの各側部の長手方向に沿って有するように、準備した。微細孔は、バッグの各側部に沿って延びる狭い帯状の領域内に密に詰め込んだ。また、バッグを、12.5パウンド(5.7Kg)の結合剤で充填し、封止を実施し、閉じ込められた空気を放出して、頂部にある封止部で熱封止を実施してバッグを閉じた。また、GLUEFASTエチルアクリレート/2−エチルへキシルアクリレート共重合体の封止剤(ニュージャージ州トレントンのHughes Enterprises)をブラシで塗布して空気乾燥させた。
試験条件1: 華氏90度(32℃)且つ90%の相対湿度を持続
試験条件2: 華氏90度(32℃)且つ90%の相対湿度の条件と、華氏40且つ80%の相対湿度の条件の間のサイクル。
試験条件3: 華氏90度(32℃)且つ90%の相対湿度の条件と、華氏−6度(−23℃)に設定された冷蔵冷凍室の間のサイクル
実施例1で使用したタイプ及び原料のポリエチレンバッグを試験用に入手した。約2400の微細孔を、バッグの前面の1インチ×4インチ(2.5cm×10cm)の細長い領域に形成した。各微細孔は100μmであった。
試験条件4: 華氏40度(5℃)且つ80%の相対湿度を持続
試験条件5: 華氏75度(24℃)且つ30%の相対湿度を持続
試験条件6: 完全に水中へ浸漬
試験条件7: 華氏40度(5℃)且つ80%の相対湿度と、華氏30度(0℃)且つ0%の相対湿度の間のサイクル。
Claims (19)
- プラスティックバッグを形成し充填する方法であって、
少なくとも一つのプラスティックフィルムを提供する工程と、
前記フィルムに複数の微細孔を生成する工程と、
前記フィルムから、少なくとも一つの壁と底部とを備えるバッグを形成する工程と、
前記バッグを、製品及び空気を含むバッグ内容物で充填する工程と、
前記バッグを閉じる工程と、
前記バッグ内に閉じ込められた空気の一部を、前記微細孔を通して除去する工程と、
前記微細孔を封止する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記封止する工程は、封止剤を前記微細孔に塗布する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記封止剤をUV放射光に塗布後に晒すことを含む硬化工程を更に備える、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記生成する工程は、前記パッケージング材料を局所的領域で加熱して前記微細孔を形成することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスティックバッグを形成し充填する方法であって、
微細孔が設けられたバッグを提供する工程と、
前記バッグを製品で充填する工程と、
前記バッグ内に閉じ込められた空気の少なくとも一部を、前記微細孔を通して除去する工程と、
UV硬化封止剤を前記微細孔に塗布する工程と、
前記封止剤をUV照射光に晒す工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記塗布する工程は、前記UV硬化封止剤を、当該封止剤を塗布する前に準備することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記準備する工程は、適切な量の光抑制剤を前記封止剤に添加することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記準備する工程は、適切な量の増感剤を前記封止剤に添加することを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記除去する工程は、前記バッグを圧縮し、閉じ込められた空気を、前記微細孔を通して放出することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 底部、少なくとも一つの側部、及び頂部を有し、複数の微細孔が生成されたパッケージング材料から形成され、前記頂部及び底部が閉じられたバッグと、
