Claims (15)
- 傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)と共動し、出力部(6)を駆動可能とする入力部(12)を有する傘歯車伝動装置であって、
複数の異なった出力部(6)又は異なった選択可能な出力方式が傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)に連結可能であることを特徴とする傘歯車伝動装置。 - 傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)と共動し、出力部(6)を駆動可能とする入力部(12)を有する傘歯車伝動装置であって、
汎用連結部(II)を有する入力部(12)は傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)と接続可能であり、例えばモータ取付け部(17)又は遊星歯車段(8)のような種々の選択可能な伝動機構(16)が該汎用連結部に接続可能であることを特徴とする傘歯車伝動装置。 - 任意の出力部(6)が取付けられるように、傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)は出力側に汎用連結部(I)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の出力側の汎用連結部(I)域に、種々の出力段(8)を接続可能な連結機構(7)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 出力段(8)は、種々の出力方式に対する増速段、例えば出力フランジ(25)又は出力軸(24)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 出力段(8)は、種々の出力方式に対する減速段、例えば出力フランジ(25)又は出力軸(24)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 出力部(6)、特にそのフランジ(23)は、傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の汎用連結部(I)、特にハウジング(2)と連結可能であり、軸(22)が傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の傘歯車(4)に固定されるか又は取り外し可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- ユーザーに対応した異なった寸法の種々の出力部(6)が傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の同一の汎用連結部(I)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 傘歯車軸(15)を有する入力部(12)は傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)差込み可能であり、傘歯車軸(15)は傘歯車胴体部(1)の傘歯車(4)と共動し、傘歯車軸(15)の他端には、モータ取付け部(17)又は遊星歯車段(18)として形成された任意の伝動機構(16)を装着する汎用連結部(II)が備えられ、モータ取付け部(17)又は遊星歯車段(8)としての伝動機構(16)は入力部(12)のハウジング(14)を介して汎用連結部(II)域において心合わせされ且つ入力部(12)の傘歯車軸(15)は、伝動機構(16)の出力軸(21)に嵌合するか又は共動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 伝動機構(16)として作動するモータ取付け部(17)は、軸、軸継手(19)及び軸フランジ(20)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 伝動機構(16)として形成された遊星歯車段(18)は、出力部(12)特に出力部(12)の汎用連結部(II)のハウジング(14)と連結可能な、特に心合わせ可能なハウジングを備え、出力部(12)の傘歯車軸(15)が遊星歯車段(18)の出力軸(21)に嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 伝動機構(16)としての一段又は多段の遊星歯車段(18)が出力部(12)に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- 傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の傘歯車(4)域に、特に出力部(6)の汎用連結部(I)に対向して、種々のカバー(9)が連結可能に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- カバー(9)は閉じられカバーとして形成されるか又は少なくとも1つの開口部(10)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
- それぞれの動作を伴う、例えば出力軸、出力中空軸、一段又は多段の増速又は減速伝動装置としての種々の出力部(6)は、傘歯車伝動装置胴体部(1)の汎用連結部(I)に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の傘歯車伝動装置。
