Claims (15)
- ガラス材料で作られた少なくとも1つの基板から形成され、少なくとも1つの反射被膜をその面の少なくとも1つの上に含む、暖炉インサートもしくはストーブ又は相当物のための板。
- ガラス材料で作られた少なくとも1つの基板から形成された前記基板がガラス−セラミック板である、請求項1に記載の板。
- 耐熱性が少なくとも500℃、好ましくは少なくとも600℃、特に好ましくは少なくとも650℃あるいは700℃である、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の板。
- 光反射率RLが20〜80%、特に好ましくは30〜70%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 前記被膜が高屈折率の誘電性材料に基づく単層の被膜である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 前記被膜が、高及び低屈折率の交互した誘電性材料に基づく薄膜多層体によって形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 前記被膜が、次の交互した酸化物層:TiO2/SiO2/TiO2を含む多層体から形成される、請求項6に記載の板。
- 前記被膜が、少なくとも1つの金属層、好ましくは誘電性材料に基づく少なくとも1つの層により保護されている少なくとも1つの金属層を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 前記被膜が少なくとも外部面上に高屈折率の層を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 前記被膜が、暖房機器の外側に向けられることを意図した面上にある、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 例えばSnO2:Fのようにドープされた金属酸化物で作られた低放射機能を有する被膜、又はSiO2で作られた被膜のような、一般に反対面上にある、他の種類の機能を有する被膜も付与された、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の板。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも1つの板を含む、暖炉インサートもしくはストーブ型又は相当物である機器。
- 前記ガラス基板上に少なくとも1つの反射被膜を堆積する工程を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の板を製造する方法。
- 前記反射被膜の前記堆積がカソードスパッタによって行われる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのスパッタ、熱分解又は蒸着コーターを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の板を製造する装置。
