Claims (30)
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品において、
前記コーティングは、
銀を含む第1赤外線反射層(第1IR反射層)及び第2赤外線反射層(第2IR反射層(前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板にさらに近く位置する))と、
前記銀を含む第1IR反射層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第1接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第1接触層上に直接接触するように位置するシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層と、
前記シリコン窒化物を含む層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第2接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第2接触層上に直接接触するように位置する銀を含む第2IR反射層と、
を含み、
前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも10Åさらに薄く、前記被覆製品の可視光線透過率が50%以下である、被覆製品。 - 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層は、厚さが約15〜30Åである、請求項1に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層は、前記NiCrを含む第2接触層より8〜22Å厚い、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層は、前記NiCrを含む第2接触層より10〜18Å厚い、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第2接触層は、厚さが約6〜14Åである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも20Å薄い、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも40Å薄い、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記シリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層は、非晶質である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層は、実質的に金属性、又は金属性であり約5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第2接触層は、実質的に金属性、又は金属性であり約5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記第1接触層及び/又は前記第2接触層は、窒素をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品の一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が約20〜42%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、焼き戻し処理された、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理されていない、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理され、熱処理によるガラス側の反射率(ΔE*)が4.6以下である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理され、熱処理によるガラス側の反射率(ΔE*)が3.6以下である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理され、熱処理によるガラス側の反射率(ΔE*)が3.0から4.6である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、少なくとも前記第2IR反射層の上に位置する、シリコン窒化物を含む追加の誘電体層をさらに含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記シリコン窒化物を含む追加の誘電体層は、厚さが150〜290Åである、請求項18に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、前記シリコン窒化物を含む追加の誘電体層上に直接接触するように位置する、ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコートをさらに含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、前記ガラス基板上に直接接触するように位置するシリコン窒化物を含む下部層、及び前記シリコン窒化物を含む下部層と前記銀を含む第1IR反射層との間に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む追加の接触層をさらに含む、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第1IR反射層は、厚さが110〜145Åであり、前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、厚さが60〜95Åである、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、シート抵抗(Rs)が4.0Ω/□以下である、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 追加の基板に積層された請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品を含む積層窓。
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品において、
前記コーティングは、
第1赤外線反射層(第1IR反射層)及び第2赤外線反射層(第2IR反射層(前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板にさらに近く位置する))と、
前記第1IR反射層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層(前記NiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層は、厚さが約15〜30Åである)と、
前記NiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層上に直接接触するように位置するシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層と、
前記シリコン窒化物を含む層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第2の実質的に金属性の接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第2の実質的に金属性の接触層上に直接接触するように位置する第2IR反射層と、
を含み、
銀を含む前記第2IR反射層は、銀を含む前記第1IR反射層より少なくとも10Åさらに薄い、被覆製品。 - 前記NiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層は、前記NiCrを含む第2の実質的に金属性の接触層より8〜22Å厚い、請求項25に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも40Å薄い、請求項25又は26に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が約20〜42%である、請求項25〜27のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理され、熱処理によるガラス側の反射率(ΔE*)が4.6以下である、請求項25〜28のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品を製造する方法において、
前記方法は、
銀を含む第1赤外線反射層(第1IR反射層)及び第2赤外線反射層(第2IR反射層)をスパッタ蒸着する工程において、前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板に近く位置する工程と、
前記銀を含む第1IR反射層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層をスパッタ蒸着する工程と、
前記NiCrを含む第1の実質的に金属性の接触層上に直接接触するように位置するシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層をスパッタ蒸着する工程と、
前記シリコン窒化物を含む層上に直接接触するように位置するNiCrを含む第2の実質的に金属性の接触層をスパッタ蒸着する工程において、前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記NiCrを含む第2の実質的に金属性の接触層上に直接接触するように位置する工程と、
を含み、
前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも10Åより薄くて、前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が50%以下である、
被覆製品の製造方法。
