Abstract
Description
マグネトロンスパッタリング蒸着機(Selcos Cetus−S)を用いて、下記のように透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた多層構造の低放射コーティングを形成して、無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材を製造した。前記製造された無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材の層構造をその積層順序に従って表1に記載した。
実施例1で製作された窓戸用機能性建材に対する性能分析を下記の項目別に行った。
U−Vis−NIRスペクトル測定装置(Shimadzu、Solidspec−3700)を用いて250〜2500nm範囲の1nm区間幅で光学スペクトルを測定した後、結果値KSL2514基準に基づいて、可視光線透過率と窓戸用機能性建材の低放射コーティングのコーティング面の反射率及び窓戸用機能性建材の低放射コーティングが形成されていない他の一面、すなわち、ガラス基材側の面反射率を計算した。
遠赤外線分光測定装置であるFT−IR(Frontier,Perkin Elmer社)を用いて窓戸用機能性建材の低放射コーティングがコーティングされた側の一面の遠赤外線反射率スペクトルを測定しており、その結果からKR 2514規格に合わせて遠赤外線平均反射率を算出した後、100%−(遠赤外線平均反射率)の数式で放射率を評価した。
色差測定機(KONICA MINOLTA SENSING,Inc.,CM−700d)を用いてCIE1931基準のL*、a*及びb*値を測定した。このとき、光源は、KS規格のD65に適用した。
実施例1で製造された窓戸用機能性建材それぞれに対して、別途用意した6mm透明ガラスと間隙12mmになるようにスペーサーを介して、縁にシーラントを塗布し付着して、複層ガラスを製作した。前記複層ガラスにおいて、実施例1で製造された窓戸用機能性建材の低放射コーティングは、間隙の内側に位置するように付着した。間隙は、Ar100体積%で満たした。
実験例2において、実施例1で製造された窓戸用機能性建材を用いて製造した複層ガラスに対して、UV−Vis−NIRスペクトル測定装置(Shimadzu,Solidspec−3700)を用いて分光スペクトルを得ており、FT−IR(Frontier,Perkin Elmer社)を用いて放射率を得た後、その結果を用いて計算したSHGC値及びUg値を得た。

Claims (19)
- 透明ガラス基板及び前記透明ガラス基板の一面に形成された低放射コーティングを含み、
前記低放射コーティングは、下部光吸収層、光吸収金属層及び低放射層を含み、
前記下部光吸収層は、窒化クロムを含み、
可視光透過色の色差測定機を用いて測定した色指数a*値が−5〜5であり、色指数b*値が−5〜5で、
前記透明ガラス基板の低放射コーティングが形成されていない他の一面の反射色の色差測定機を用いて測定した色指数a*値が−5〜5であり、色指数b*値が−5〜5で、
可視光透過率が20%〜60%であり、
前記透明ガラス基板の低放射コーティングが形成されていない他の一面における可視光反射率が1%〜15%である無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射コーティングは、下部領域、低放射領域及び上部誘電体領域に区別されて、前記下部領域が前記透明有機基板の一面に接しており、前記低放射領域及び前記上部誘電体領域が順次に繋がる多層構造であり、
前記下部領域は、下部光吸収層及び前記下部光吸収層の両面に積層された下部誘電体層を含み、
前記低放射領域は、低放射層及び前記低放射層の両面に積層された光吸収金属層を含み、
前記上部誘電体領域は、上部誘電体層を含む、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記下部光吸収層の厚さが1nm〜15nmである、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記下部誘電体層の厚さが10nm〜40nmである、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記低放射層は、放射率が0.01〜 0.3である、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記低放射層は、Ag、Au、Cu、Al、Pt、イオンドープ金属酸化物、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記光吸収金属層は、可視光線領域の消滅係数が1.5〜 3.5である、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記光吸収金属層は、Ni、Cr、NiとCrの合金、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含む、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記光吸収金属層の厚さが0.5nm〜10nmである、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記低放射領域の厚さが5nm〜 20nmである、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記低放射コーティングは、前記低放射領域を1つ〜3つ含み、前記低放射領域の間に中間誘電体領域を介した、請求項2に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記中間誘電体領域は、少なくとも1つの中間誘電体層を含む、請求項11に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記中間誘電体層は、金属酸化物、金属窒化物、金属酸窒化物、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された1つを含むか、
前記金属酸化物、前記金属窒化物又は前記金属酸窒化物にビスマス(Bi)、ホウ素(B)、アルミニウム(Al)、珪素(Si)、マグネシウム(Mg)、アンチモン(Sb)、ベリリウム(Be)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの元素がドーピングされた物質を含む、請求項12に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記中間誘電体層は、酸化チタン、酸化スズ亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛アルミニウム、酸化スズ、酸化ビスマス、窒化シリコーン、窒化シリコーンアルミニウム、酸窒化シリコーンアルミニウム、窒化シリコーンスズ、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項12に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記中間誘電体領域の厚さは、5nm〜90nmである、請求項11に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記低放射コーティングは、前記上部誘電体領域の上部に少なくとも一層のオーバーコート層を含む最外郭領域をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記オーバーコート層は、ジルコニウム、ジルコニウムを含む合金、金属酸化物、金属窒化物、金属酸窒化物、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つを含むか、
前記ジルコニウム、前記ジルコニウムを含む合金、前記金属酸化物、前記金属窒化物又は前記金属酸窒化物にビスマス(Bi)、ホウ素(B)、アルミニウム(Al)、珪素(Si)、マグネシウム(Mg)、アンチモン(Sb)、ベリリウム(Be)、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの元素がドーピングされた物質を含む、請求項16に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記オーバーコート層は、酸化チタン、酸化スズ亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛アルミニウム、酸化スズ、酸化ビスマス、窒化シリコーン、窒化シリコーンアルミニウム、酸窒化シリコーンアルミニウム、窒化シリコーンスズ、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
- 前記透明ガラス基板は、80%〜100%の可視光線透過率を有するガラス又は透明プラスチック基板である、請求項1に記載の無光沢の灰色窓戸用機能性建材。
