- ガラス基板によって支持され、ガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する被膜を含む被覆物品であって、前記被膜が、
銀を含む第1及び第2の赤外線(IR)反射層であって、前記第1のIR反射層は、前記第2のIR反射層よりも前記ガラス基板の近くに配置された、第1及び第2のIR反射層と、
銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置された第1の接触層と、
前記第1の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された窒化ケイ素を含む誘電体層であって、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層は、Nb及びZrを含む分割吸収体層によって分割され、Nb及びZrを含む前記分割吸収体層は、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第1の部分と窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第2の部分との間に接触して配置された、誘電体層と、
窒化ケイ素を含む前記層の上に配置された第2の接触層と、
前記第2の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層と、
前記第2のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置された第3の接触層と、
前記第3の接触層の上に配置された窒化ケイ素を含む別の誘電体層と、を含み、
前記被覆物品は、20〜45%の可視光透過率及び10〜24%のガラス側可視光反射率を有し、
前記被覆物品は、−4.0〜+5.0のガラス側反射a*値及び−10.0〜+2.0のガラス側反射b*値を有するようにガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する、被覆物品。 - 前記吸収体層が、NbZrの亜酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、NbZrの亜窒化物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、NbZrOxNyを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第1及び第3の接触層が、Ni及び/又はCrを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第2の接触層が、Ni及びCrを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第1のIR反射層の下に直接接触して配置されたNiCrを含む接触層をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、−3.5〜+1.0のガラス側反射a*値及び−9.0〜+1.0のガラス側反射b*値を有するように、ガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、−2.5〜0のガラス側反射a*値及び−7.0〜−1.0のガラス側反射b*値を有するように、ガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、−8.0〜−1.0の透過a*値及び−8.0〜+1.0の透過b*値を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、22〜39%の可視光透過率を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被膜が、7.0Ω/□以下のシート抵抗を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層の厚さが、同じ厚さ+/−10%である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、Zrよりも多くのNbを含有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、3〜30%の酸素(原子%)を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層の金属含有量が、70〜95%のNbである、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記ガラス基板と前記第1のIR反射層との間に配置された窒化ケイ素を含む基層をさらに含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、15〜100Åの厚さを有する、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、20〜60Åの厚さを有する、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の前記第1及び第2の部分が、同じ厚さ±20%である、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、本質的にNbZrOxNyからなる、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記吸収体層が、銀を含む前記IR反射層の両方よりも薄い、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 窒化ケイ素を含む前記別の誘電体層の上に直接接触して配置されたジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層をさらに含む、請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第1の接触層が、NiCrを含み、実質的に金属性又は金属性であり、5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記第1、第2、及び第3の接触層が、NiCrを含み、実質的に金属性又は金属性であり、5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、熱強化処理されている、請求項1〜25のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、12〜20%のガラス側可視光反射率を有する、請求項1〜26のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 前記被覆物品が、−3〜+7の膜側反射b*値を有する、請求項1〜27のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品と、前記被覆物品に結合された別のガラス基板とを含み、0.28以下のSF値及び0.29以下のSHGC値を有するIG窓ユニット。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品と、前記被覆物品に結合された別のガラス基板とを含み、0.25以下のSF値及び0.25以下のSHGC値を有するIG窓ユニット。
- 請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の被覆物品と、前記被覆物品に結合された別のガラス基板とを含み、0.23以下のSF値及び0.23以下のSHGC値を有するIG窓ユニット。
- ガラス基板によって支持され、ガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する被膜を含む被覆物品であって、前記被膜が、
銀を含む第1及び第2の赤外線(IR)反射層であって、前記第1のIR反射層は、前記第2のIR反射層よりも前記ガラス基板の近くに配置された、第1及び第2のIR反射層と、
銀を含む前記第1のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置された第1の接触層と、
前記第1の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された窒化ケイ素を含む誘電体層であって、窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層が分割吸収体層によって分割され、前記分割吸収体層が窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第1の部分と窒化ケイ素を含む前記誘電体層の第2の部分との間に接触して配置された、誘電体層と、
窒化ケイ素を含む前記層の上に配置された第2の接触層と、
前記第2の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層と、
前記第2のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置された第3の接触層と、
前記第3の接触層の上に配置された窒化ケイ素を含む別の誘電体層と、を含み、
前記被覆物品は、20〜45%の可視光透過率を有し、

窒化ケイ素を含む前記層の上に配置された第2の接触層と、
前記第2の接触層の上に直接接触して配置された銀を含む前記第2のIR反射層と、
前記第2のIR反射層の上に直接接触して配置された第3の接触層と、を含み、
前記被覆物品は、20〜45%の可視光透過率を有する、被覆物品。 - 前記被覆物品が、−4.0〜+5.0のガラス側反射a*値及び−10.0〜+2.0のガラス側反射b*値を有するように、ガラス側反射性灰色着色を有する、請求項33に記載の被覆物品。
