Description
Claims (9)
- 溶融金属を注ぐ間にガスを供給するように構成されたストッパロッドであって、内部チャンバー(1)及びガス放出ポート(2)を備えるストッパ本体と、前記内部チャンバー(1)を前記ガス放出ポート(2)に接続するボア(3)とを有し、前記内部チャンバー(1)及び前記ボア(3)がガス通路を形成するストッパロッドにおいて、前記ガス通路の壁が、使用温度でも一酸化炭素を発生しない層(4)を備えたことを特徴とするストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が前記ストッパ本体と共にプレスされるライナであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が前記ガス通路の壁に塗布されるコーティングであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が前記ガス通路の略壁全体の厚みに亘って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が、当該ストッパロッドを索具装置に取り付けるために用いられる金属ロッド(5)が到達する最下点を超えて上方へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)を構成する物質が、a)炭素を含まない物質、b)略非還元性の耐火性酸化物からなる物質、及び/又は、c)発生した一酸化炭素を反応する成分を含む物質、のグループから選択されるか、又はこれらの混合であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が、重量パーセント濃度が60〜88%のアルミナと、重量パーセント濃度が10〜20%のグラファイトと、重量パーセント濃度が2〜10%の炭化ケイ素とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記ストッパロッドを索具装置に取り付けるために用いられる金属ロッド(5)を備え、該金属ロッド(5)が前記層(4)の最高点を超えて延びている請求項1から7のいずれか1つによるストッパロッドの組立体。
- シールガスケット(6)が前記金属ロッド(5)の下方端部周囲に挿入された請求項8に記載の組立体。
