Description
Claims (6)
- 溶融金属を注ぐ間にガスを供給するように構成されたストッパロッドであって、内部チャンバー(1)及びガス放出ポート(2)を備えるストッパ本体と、前記内部チャンバー(1)を前記ガス放出ポート(2)に接続するボア(3)とを有し、前記内部チャンバー(1)及び前記ボア(3)がガス通路を形成するストッパロッドにおいて、前記ガス通路の壁が、使用温度でも一酸化炭素を発生しない層(4)を備え、前記層(4)が、前記ストッパ本体と共にプレスされるライナ、又は、前記ガス通路の壁に塗布されるコーティングであることを特徴とするストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が、当該ストッパロッドを索具装置に取り付けるために用いられる金属ロッド(5)が到達する最下点を超えて上方へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)を構成する物質が、a)炭素を含まない物質、b)非還元性の耐火性酸化物からなる物質、又は、c)発生した一酸化炭素を反応する成分を含む物質、のグループから選択されるか、又はこれらの混合であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のストッパロッド。
- 前記層(4)が、重量パーセント濃度が60〜88%のアルミナと、重量パーセント濃度が10〜20%のグラファイトと、重量パーセント濃度が2〜10%の炭化ケイ素とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のストッパロッド。
- ストッパロッドと、該ストッパロッドを索具装置に取り付けるために用いられる金属ロッド(5)との組立体であって、
前記ストッパロッドは、請求項1に記載のストッパロッドであり、
前記金属ロッド(5)は、請求項1に記載のストッパロッドの層(4)の最高点を超えて延びている、組立体。 - シールガスケット(6)が前記金属ロッド(5)の下方端部周囲に挿入された請求項5に記載の組立体。
