Abstract
Description
本開示は、吸着分離に関し、さらに詳しくは、ガス流の吸着分離のための改善された方法および装置に関する。
吸着プロセスは、多くの産業用途に見られる多成分ガス流中の気相成分を分離するために使用される、確立された分離手段である。多くの産業用ガス流は、何らかの下流での使用の前に、ガス流から有利に分離することのできる汚染成分を含有する。吸着分離プロセスは、多くのそのような産業用途向けに適応されてきた。
第一態様では、本発明は、少なくとも汚染ガス成分、希釈ガス成分、および所望の製品ガス成分を含む供給ガス流から汚染ガス成分を実質的に分離するための方法に関する。発明の方法は、以下の段階を含む:
(a)希釈成分と比較して汚染成分に対する選択性が高い第一吸着材を第一吸着ゾーンに設け、かつ所望の製品成分と比較して希釈成分に対する選択性が高い第二吸着材を第二吸着ゾーンに設ける段階;
(b)汚染成分が第一吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、供給ガス流を第一吸着材と接触して第一吸着ゾーンに通過させ、かつ続いて希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が第二吸着材に吸着されるように、第二吸着材と接触して第二吸着ゾーンに通過させる段階;
(c)供給ガス流と比較して所望の製品成分を富化した製品ガス流を第二吸着ゾーンから回収する段階;
(d)第一吸着材に吸着した汚染成分の少なくとも一部分が希釈成分によって第一吸着ゾーンからパージされるように、第二吸着ゾーンからの吸着希釈成分の少なくとも一部分を含む排出ガス流を第一吸着ゾーンに通過させることによって、第一吸着ゾーンを再生させる段階。
(a)希釈成分と比較して汚染成分に対する選択性が高い第一吸着材を含む第一吸着ゾーンと、所望の製品成分と比較して希釈成分に対する選択性が高い第二吸着材を含む第二吸着ゾーンとを含む吸着床と、
(b)汚染成分が第一吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、供給ガス流が第一吸着材と接触して第一吸着ゾーンを通過し、かつその後に、希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が第二吸着材に吸着されるように、第二吸着材と接触して第二吸着ゾーンを通過するように、供給ガス流を吸着床内に流入させるための供給ガス入口弁と、
(c)供給ガス流と比較して所望の製品成分を富化した製品ガス流を吸着床から回収するための製品ガス出口弁と、
(d)第二吸着ゾーンからの吸着希釈成分の少なくとも一部分、および希釈成分の一部分を第一吸着材と接触して通過させることによって第一吸着材からパージされた第一吸着ゾーンからの吸着汚染成分の少なくとも一部分を含む排出ガス流を、吸着床の再生中に、吸着床から回収するための排出ガス出口弁。
本発明は、少なくとも汚染ガス成分、希釈ガス成分、および所望の製品ガス成分を含む供給ガス流から汚染ガス成分を、吸着分離によって実質的に分離するための方法およびシステムを包含する。該方法および関連システムは、一般的に少なくとも一つの吸着床内部に包封することのできる、少なくとも第一および第二吸着ゾーンにそれぞれ含まれる少なくとも第一および第二吸着材を利用する。第一および第二吸着材は組成的に相互に区別することができ、所望の吸着分離用途のために、供給ガス流の汚染成分、希釈成分、および所望の製品ガス成分に対するそれらの吸着特性に基づいて選択することができる。第一吸着材は、希釈成分と比較して汚染成分に対する吸着選択性が高く、供給ガスが第一吸着材と接触して第一吸着ゾーンを通過するときに汚染成分が第一吸着材に実質的に吸着され、それによって供給ガス流から実質的に除去されるように選択される。第二吸着材は、所望の製品成分と比較して希釈成分に対する吸着選択性が高く、供給ガス流が第一ゾーンを通過し、第二吸着材と接触して第二吸着ゾーンを通過するときに、供給ガス流の希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が第二吸着材に吸着されるように選択される。
Claims (18)
- 以下を含む、少なくとも汚染ガス成分、希釈ガス成分、および所望の製品ガス成分を含む供給ガス流から汚染ガス成分を実質的に分離するための方法:
希釈成分と比較して汚染成分に対する選択性が高い第一吸着材を第一吸着ゾーンに設け、かつ所望の製品成分と比較して該希釈成分に対する選択性が高い第二吸着材を第二吸着ゾーンに設ける段階;
該汚染成分が該第一吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、供給ガス流を該第一吸着材と接触して該第一吸着ゾーンに通過させ、かつ続いて該希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が該第二吸着材に吸着されるように、該第二吸着材と接触して該第二吸着ゾーンに通過させる段階;
該供給ガス流と比較して該所望の製品成分を富化した製品ガス流を該第二吸着ゾーンから回収する段階;
該第一吸着材に吸着した該汚染成分の少なくとも一部分が該希釈成分によって該第一吸着ゾーンからパージされるように、該第二吸着ゾーンからの吸着希釈成分の少なくとも一部分を含む排出ガス流を該第一吸着ゾーンに通過させることによって、該第一吸着ゾーンを再生させる段階。 - 床を再生させる段階は、第一吸着材に吸着した汚染成分の少なくとも一部分が製品パージガス流によって第一吸着体ゾーンからパージされるように、製品ガス成分を含む製品パージガス流を第一吸着体ゾーンに通過させる段階をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第二吸着材に吸着した希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が製品パージガス流によって第二吸着体ゾーンからパージされるように、製品パージガス流を第二吸着体ゾーンにさらに通過させる、請求項2記載の方法。
- 汚染成分が一酸化炭素を含み、希釈成分が二酸化炭素を含み、かつ所望の製品成分が水素を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 希釈成分が窒素をさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 汚染成分が二酸化炭素を含み、希釈成分が窒素を含み、かつ所望の製品成分がメタンを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 供給ガス流が第二汚染ガス成分をさらに含み、かつ希釈成分と比較して該第二汚染成分に対する選択性が高い第三吸着材が第三吸着ゾーンに設けられ、かつ該第二汚染成分が該第三吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、該供給ガス流を第二吸着ゾーンに通過させる前に該第三吸着材と接触して該第三吸着ゾーンに通過させ、かつ該第三吸着材に吸着した第二汚染成分の少なくとも一部分が該希釈成分によって該第三吸着ゾーンからパージされるように、次に、排出ガス流を該第三吸着ゾーンに通過させて該第三ゾーンを再生させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 供給ガス流が蒸気接触改質装置からのリフォーメート流である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 供給ガス流が接触部分酸化改質装置からのリフォーメート流である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 供給ガス流が不純天然ガス、埋立地ガス、またはバイオガス流である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 希釈成分と比較して汚染成分に対する選択性が高い第一吸着材を含む第一吸着ゾーンと、所望の製品成分と比較して希釈成分に対する選択性が高い第二吸着材を含む第二吸着ゾーンとを含む吸着床と、
該汚染成分が該第一吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、供給ガス流が該第一吸着材と接触して該第一吸着ゾーンを通過し、かつその後に、該希釈成分の少なくとも一部分が第二吸着材に吸着されるように、該第二吸着材と接触して該第二吸着ゾーンを通過するように、該供給ガス流を該吸着床内に流入させるための供給ガス入口弁と、
該供給ガス流と比較して該所望の製品成分を富化した製品ガス流を該吸着床から回収するための製品ガス出口弁と、
該第二吸着ゾーンからの吸着希釈成分の少なくとも一部分、および該希釈成分の一部分を該第一吸着材と接触して通過させることによって該第一吸着材からパージされた第一吸着ゾーンからの吸着汚染成分の少なくとも一部分を含む排出ガス流を、該吸着床の再生中に、該吸着床から回収するための排出ガス出口弁とを含む、
少なくとも汚染ガス成分、希釈ガス成分、および所望の製品ガス成分を含む供給ガス流から汚染ガス成分を実質的に分離するための吸着分離システム。 - 汚染成分が一酸化炭素を含み、希釈成分が二酸化炭素を含み、かつ所望の製品成分が水素を含む、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 希釈成分が窒素をさらに含む、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 汚染成分が二酸化炭素を含み、希釈成分が窒素を含み、かつ所望の製品成分がメタンを含む、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 供給ガス流が第二汚染ガス成分をさらに含み、かつ吸着床が希釈成分と比較して該第二汚染成分に対する選択性の高い第三吸着材を含む第三吸着ゾーンをさらに含み、かつ該第二汚染成分が該第三吸着材に実質的に吸着されるように、該供給ガス流が第二吸着ゾーンを通過する前に該第三吸着材と接触して該第三吸着ゾーンを通過し、かつ排出ガス流がさらに、希釈成分の一部分を該第三吸着材と接触して通過させることによって該第三吸着材からパージされた第三吸着ゾーンからの吸着第二汚染成分の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 供給ガス流が蒸気接触改質装置からのリフォーメート流である、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 供給ガス流が接触部分酸化改質装置からのリフォーメート流である、請求項13記載のシステム。
- 供給ガス流が不純天然ガス、埋立地ガス、またはバイオガス流である、請求項14記載のシステム。
