- (a)反応緩衝液、

- 第1の濃度が1.0mM未満である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第2の濃度の二価カチオンキレート剤を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第1の濃度が少なくとも10mMである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 第1の濃度が少なくとも20mMである、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 第2の濃度が第1の濃度に少なくとも等しいかまたはそれを超える、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のATP抽出剤が、グラム陰性細菌の完全性を破壊することができる化合物または化合物の組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のATP抽出剤が、四級アンモニウム塩を含む請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のATP抽出剤がセチルトリメチル臭化アンモニウムを含んでなる、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のATP抽出剤がクロロヘキシジンおよび非イオン性洗剤を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 該少なくとも1種のATP抽出剤が、セチルトリメチル臭化アンモニウム、クロロヘキシジン、および非イオン性洗剤を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 二価カチオンがMg2+、Ca2+またはMn2+である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 二価カチオンキレート剤がEDTAまたはCDTAである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 二価カチオンがMg2+であり、二価カチオンキレート剤がEDTAである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- (a)サンプルと、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の組成物とを接触させるステップと、
(b)ルミネセンスを検出するステップ
