Abstract
【解決手段】紙通路の第1端部と第2端部との間に位置し1つ又はそれ以上のシートが連続して前記紙通路に入ることを可能にする第1入口点と、第1入口点に隣接して1つ又はそれ以上のシートの前縁を第1入口点から離れるように向ける第1ニップと、第1入口点から離れて位置し1つ又はそれ以上のシートが前記紙通路に入ることを可能にする第2入口点と、前記第2入口点に隣接して1つ又はそれ以上のシートの前記前縁を前記第2入口点から離れるように向ける第2ニップと、凹部に隣接する凸部を含み、1つ又はそれ以上の紙シートを、紙通路を通して向けて、1つ又はそれ以上のシートの各々の前記前縁を前記第1入口点及び前記第2入口点から離れるように分岐させるゲートレスダイバータとを含む。

Claims (4)
- 印刷機内でのスタブを防止するための紙搬送システムであって、
第1端部、第2端部、及び、第2壁とその反対側に位置する第1壁によって定められる幅を有する紙通路であって、各々が前縁を有する1つ又はそれ以上の紙シートの前記第1端部から前記第2端部への搬送を可能にする紙通路と、
前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に位置し、1つ又はそれ以上のシートが連続して前記紙通路に入ることを可能にする第1入口点と、
前記第1入口点に隣接して、前記1つ又はそれ以上のシートの前記前縁を前記第1入口点から離れるように向ける第1ニップと、
前記第1入口点から離れて位置し、1つ又はそれ以上のシートが前記紙通路に入ることを可能にする第2入口点と、
前記第2入口点に隣接して、前記1つ又はそれ以上のシートの前記前縁を前記第2入口点から離れるように向ける第2ニップと、
凹部に隣接する凸部を含み、前記1つ又はそれ以上の紙シートを、前記紙通路を通して向けて、前記1つ又はそれ以上のシートの各々の前記前縁を前記第1入口点及び前記第2入口点から離れるように分岐させるゲートレスダイバータとを含み、
前記1つ又はそれ以上の紙シートは前記第1ニップを介して前記凸部に進められ、前記凹部を通って前記第2ニップに進められることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記第1ニップ及び前記第2ニップの各々は、第1ローラ及び第2ローラからなる少なくとも1つのローラ対を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ゲートレスダイバータは、複数の凹部及び凸部を含み、各々の凹部は凸部に隣接し、各々の凸部は凹部に隣接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1入口点及び前記第2入口点の各々は、前記入口点により共有される前記紙通路の側壁の奥まった部分である傾斜路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
