Abstract
【解決手段】この電圧非直線性抵抗体素子層2としては、ZnOを主成分とした焼結体が用いられる。この焼結体には、Pr、Co、Ca、及び、Cu又はNiが添加される。このための範囲としては、Prが0.05〜5.0原子%、Coが0.1〜20原子%、Caが0.01〜5.0原子%、及びCu又はNiが0.0005〜0.05原子%である。これらの範囲の場合に、温度が25℃の場合を基準とした85℃での容量変化率を10%以下とすることができる。

- 前記電圧非直線性抵抗体磁器組成物からなる焼結体と、該焼結体に接続された複数の電極を具備することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電圧非直線性抵抗体素子。
- 前記電圧非直線性抵抗体磁器組成物からなる抵抗体素子層と内部電極とが交互に積層された積層構造を有し、一対の外部電極は前記積層構造の側端部に形成され、前記抵抗体素子層を挟んで対向する前記内部電極はそれぞれ一対の外部電極のいずれかに接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電圧非直線性抵抗体素子。
