Abstract
【解決手段】 内部にヒータ線Hを保持すると共に継手外形に嵌合する内面形状を持ち、外部から継手10に嵌合させて装着しヒータ線Hに通電することで該ヒータ線Hの熱が継手10に伝導するようになった配管継手用ヒータ部品1を提供する。好ましくは、継手外形の一部に嵌合する内面形状の嵌合部2を部分的に有すると共に該嵌合部以外の内面部にヒータ線を保持する保持凹部3を形成し、該保持凹部3に保持されたヒータ線Hが継手10に当接する構造とする。

Claims (7)
- 内部にヒータ線を保持すると共に継手外形に嵌合する内面形状を持ち、外部から継手に嵌合させるだけで装着し、前記ヒータ線に通電することで該ヒータ線の熱が前記継手に伝導するようになっていることを特徴とする配管継手用ヒータ部品。
- 前記継手の外周に、配管口部に周設されたフランジに係止する爪部が設けられており、
該爪部に嵌合する内面形状の嵌合部を部分的に有すると共に該嵌合部より内側の内面部にヒータ線を保持する保持凹部が形成され、
前記嵌合部を前記爪部に嵌合させて装着すると前記保持凹部に保持された前記ヒータ線が前記継手に当接するようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。 - 前記嵌合部を前記爪部に嵌合させた状態で、差込孔を通しクリップを差し込んで前記爪部の内側に係止させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。
- 前記保持凹部の底面に部分的凸部を形成し、該保持凹部に保持した前記ヒータ線と前記底面との間に空気層を設けることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。
- 前記ヒータ線を保持した前記保持凹部において前記ヒータ線が前記継手と当接しない部分に、該ヒータ線の脱落を防止する蓋部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。
- 前記蓋部材が断熱材質からなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。
- 前記ヒータ線のリード部を配管径方向外向きに反るように這わせるための傾斜ガイドを形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の配管継手用ヒータ部品。
