Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のシステムコントローラは、複数の種類の超音波内視鏡が接続可能な医療用制御装置に対して通信を行うシステムコントローラにおいて、前記医療用制御装置に対して指示を行うことが可能な複数の操作指示部と、前記超音波内視鏡の接続状態及び前記医療用制御装置の動作状態と、前記複数の操作指示部各々の状態と、の対応を示すテーブルデータに基づいて前記医療用制御装置が生成した制御コマンドを受信可能な通信部と、前記制御コマンドに基づき、前記超音波内視鏡及び前記医療用制御装置により実現され得る各機能の使用状態を、前記複数の操作指示部各々において視覚的に反映させるための制御を行う制御部と、を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 複数の種類の超音波内視鏡が接続可能な医療用制御装置に対して通信を行うシステムコントローラにおいて、
前記医療用制御装置に対して指示を行うことが可能な複数の操作指示部と、
前記超音波内視鏡の接続状態及び前記医療用制御装置の動作状態と、前記複数の操作指示部各々の状態と、の対応を示すテーブルデータに基づいて前記医療用制御装置が生成した制御コマンドを受信可能な通信部と、
前記制御コマンドに基づき、前記超音波内視鏡及び前記医療用制御装置により実現され得る各機能の使用状態を、前記複数の操作指示部各々において視覚的に反映させるための制御を行う制御部と、
を有することを特徴とするシステムコントローラ。 - さらに、機械的に構成された1または複数のスイッチからなる第1のスイッチ部と、タッチパネルと、を具備し、
前記複数の操作指示部は、前記第1のスイッチ部と、前記タッチパネルの画面内に表示される1または複数のスイッチからなる第2のスイッチ部と、を少なくとも有することを特徴とする請求項1のシステムコントローラ。 - さらに、前記制御部は、前記超音波内視鏡及び前記医療用制御装置により実現され得る機能の数に応じて、前記第2のスイッチ部が有するスイッチの数を適宜変化させるための制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステムコントローラ。
- さらに、前記第1のスイッチ部の各スイッチは、複数の異なる色により発光可能な照光部を各々有し、
前記制御部は、前記超音波内視鏡及び前記医療用制御装置により実現され得る一の機能がオンしている状態において、該一の機能に対応する前記照光部を第1の色により発光させるとともに、該一の機能がオフしている状態において、該一の機能に対応する前記照光部を第2の色により発光させる制御を各々行うことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3のいずれかに記載のシステムコントローラ。 - 前記制御部は、前記一の機能が使用不可能な状態において、前記照光部を消光させるための制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステムコントローラ。
- 前記通信部が受信する制御コマンドは、前記医療用制御装置が前記超音波内視鏡からのエコー信号に応じて生成した断層画像を動画像として出力している場合と、前記医療用制御装置が前記断層画像を静止画像として出力している場合と、により各々異なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一記載のシステムコントローラ。
- 前記通信部が受信する制御コマンドは、前記医療用制御装置がBモードにより動作している場合と、前記医療用制御装置がカラードプラモードにより動作している場合と、により各々異なることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一記載のシステムコントローラ。
