Abstract
【解決手段】 出力ロッド33の内部に固定された雌ねじ部材96と、軸線L方向一端側を駆動源に接続された雄ねじ部材95とを螺合し、雄ねじ部材95および雌ねじ部材96の相対回転により雄ねじ部材95に対して出力ロッド33を軸線L方向に相対移動させる送りねじ機構において、雌ねじ部材96を出力ロッド33に軸線L方向他端側でねじ結合部97により結合したので、出力ロッド33および雄ねじ部材95に相互に離反する方向の引張荷重が加わった場合に、出力ロッド33から雌ねじ部材96に圧縮荷重が作用するのを防止することができる。これにより、雄ねじ部材95および雌ねじ部材96に共に引張荷重を作用させ、両ねじ部材95,96の歯面が軸線L方向に均等な荷重を伝達して耐久性やスムーズな作動を確保することができる。

Claims (1)
- 出力ロッド(33)の内部に固定した雌ねじ部材(96)に雄ねじ部材(95)を螺合し、前記雄ねじ部材(95)の軸線(L)方向一端部を駆動源(36)に接続して前記雌ねじ部材(96)に対して相対回転させることで、前記雄ねじ部材(95)に対して前記出力ロッド(33)を相対移動させる送りねじ機構であって、
前記雌ねじ部材(96)の軸線(L)方向他端部に設けた結合部(97)により、前記雌ねじ部材(96)を前記出力ロッド(33)に結合したことを特徴とする送りねじ機構。
