Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は機械的にゲル化を遅延して得られたゾル、あるいは、地盤中にゲルを破砕して得られたゾルを注入し、ゲル化することにより地盤を固結させる地盤改良工法に係り、粒径の異なるゾルを使用することにより、大掛かりな装置や有害な薬品を必要とせず、液状化対策工事、構造物基礎下の耐震補強等に適した地盤改良工法に関する。

Description
好気性条件: C n H 2n O n (栄養源)+ nO2 → nCO 2 + nH2O
嫌気性条件: 3C n H 2n O n (栄養源) → nCO 2 + nC 2 H 5 OH
このとき、攪拌槽への投入量及び、地盤への排出量はポンプ3とバルブ4にて調整出来る。
添加物は上述した様なpH調整剤としてアルカリ剤または酸性剤、強度増加を図るためスラグ、セメント、炭酸カルシウム、難溶性珪酸化合物として珪藻土、白土、ベントナイト等の粘土鉱物、および珪石粉、火山灰等の天然珪酸鉱物、焼却灰、高炉スラグ等を用いてもよい。また、混合槽8にて機械的にゾル化し、粘性を調節しても良い。
水ガラス:比重(20℃)1.32、SiO2濃度25.5%、Na2O濃度7.23%、モル比3.75、pH11.5のものを使用。
水ガラスを75%硫酸を用いてpH8程度に調整し、ゲル化させる。このときのシリカ濃度は6%となるよう水で希釈した。ホモジナイザー(20kHz)を用い、ゲルを破砕し、流動性がでるまで攪拌する。
破砕したゲルを静置し、24時間後再度ゲル化するか確認した結果、すべてゲル化した。
破砕したゲルを用い、表1の配合にて豊浦砂の供試体を作製し、1週間後の一軸圧縮強度を測定した。
Claims (11)
- ゲル化後にゲルを破砕し得られたゾルを地盤中に注入することを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- ゲルを破砕し得られたゾルに糖を加え再ゲル化を抑制し、地盤中に注入することで地盤中の微生物により糖を代謝することを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- ゲルを破砕し得られたゾルに糖を加え再ゲル化を抑制し、更にゾルに微生物を混合し地盤中に注入することで微生物により糖を代謝することによりゲル化させることを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、ゾルはアルカリ性であることを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、ゾルは非アルカリ性であることを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかにおいて、ゾルは水ガラス、コロイダルシリカ、活性シリカのいずれか又は更に、硬化剤を用いて作製することを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかにおいて、得られたゾルに添加剤を加えることにより、ゲル化時間を調整し地盤中に注入することを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項7において、添加剤が水ガラス、コロイダルシリカ、活性シリカ、硬化剤のいずれか又は複数を用いることを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかにおいて、更に、スラグ、セメント、炭酸カルシウム、難溶性珪酸化合物として珪藻土、白土、ベントナイト等の粘土鉱物、および珪石粉、火山灰等の天然珪酸鉱物、焼却灰、高炉スラグ等のいずれか又は複数を加え、地盤中に注入することを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかにおいて、ゲルを破砕する方法が高速回転、超音波、振動攪拌のいずれか又は複数の方法を用いることを特徴とする地盤改良工法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかの地盤改良工法に用いる地盤注入装置であって、地盤注入液を地盤中に設置された一本または複数本の注入管路を通して地盤中に注入し、該地盤を固結する地盤注入装置において、注入材槽とゲル粉砕装置からなるシリカコロイド製造機と前記注入管路に送液する導管とからなることを特徴とする地盤注入装置。
