Claims (9)
- 水中施工を伴う工事で使用される水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材であって、
高炉水砕スラグと高炉スラグ微粉末若しくは粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉又は製鋼スラグ粉とを混合した後、養生させることにより、前記高炉水砕スラグの表面に前記高炉スラグ微粉末若しくは粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉又は製鋼スラグ粉を固着させたことを特徴とする高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材。 - 前記高炉水砕スラグは、含水率が5〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材。
- 前記製鋼スラグ粉は、最大粒径が5mm以下であり、かつ粒径が2.5mm以下の粉末を60質量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材。
- 前記高炉水砕スラグの質量に対して、前記高炉スラグ微粉末若しくは粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉又は製鋼スラグ粉を2.5〜15%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材。
- 水中施工を伴う工事で使用される水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法であって、
高炉水砕スラグと高炉スラグ微粉末又は粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉とを混合した後、2〜60日間養生し、前記高炉水砕スラグの表面に前記高炉スラグ微粉末又は粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉を固着させることを特徴とする高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法。 - 水中施工を伴う工事で使用される水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法であって、
高炉水砕スラグと製鋼スラグ粉とを混合した後、2〜60日間養生し、前記高炉水砕スラグの表面に製鋼スラグ粉を固着させることを特徴とする高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法。 - 前記高炉水砕スラグは、含水率が5〜20%であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法。
- 製鋼スラグ粉は、最大粒径が5mm以下であり、かつ粒径が2.5mm以下の粉末を60質量%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材。
- 前記高炉水砕スラグの質量に対して、前記高炉スラグ微粉末若しくは粒径が0.25mm以下の高炉水砕スラグ粉又は製鋼スラグ粉を2.5〜15%混合することを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の高炉水砕スラグを使用した水中施工用裏込め・裏埋め材の製造方法。
