Abstract
【解決手段】金属配線の一方側に配設されている画素電極と、前記画素電極の上に配設され、前記画素電極の内部に延在するとともに、前記金属配線を跨っている少なくとも一つの第1の開口部と、を備え、この開口部が金属配線を横切るとともに、画素電極の内側に延在することで、画素電極の補修を簡素化する画素電極構造である。この画素電極の補修方法は、レーザを用いて前記開口部から、金属配線の方向に沿って、画素電極上における欠陥のある位置とその他部分とを分離することで、画素電極の互いの間が導通してしまうという不具合を防止するものである。

Claims (10)
- 金属配線の一方側に配設されている画素電極と、
前記画素電極の上に配設され、前記画素電極の内部に延在するとともに、前記金属配線を跨っている少なくとも一つの第1の開口部と、を備えた、ことを特徴とする画素電極構造。 - 前記第1の開口部が、前記画素電極の縁から前記画素電極の内部に延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記第1の開口部が、密封開口であり、前記金属配線の上方に配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記第1の開口部が、前記金属配線の上方を直交して跨っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記金属配線が、走査線である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記金属配線が、データ配線である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記画素電極が、前記第1の開口部から外側に延在するとともに前記画素電極を二分割する切削溝を更に備えた、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記切削溝と前記金属配線とが、直交を除く所定の角度をなす、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の画素電極構造。
- 前記画素電極の上に配置されている第2の開口部を更に備え、前記切削溝が前記第1の開口部と前記第2の開口部とを連通させて、前記画素電極を二分割する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の画素電極構造。
- 金属配線の一方側に配設されている画素電極の上に配設され、前記画素電極の内部に延在するとともに前記金属配線を跨っている少なくとも一つの第1の開口部を備えた表示パネルを準備する工程と、
エネルギービームを用いて、前記第1の開口部から前記画素電極を二分割する工程と、を含む、ことを特徴とする画素電極の補修方法。
