Abstract
【解決手段】表面シート1と裏面シート2を複数のリブ3で連結した中空部を有する合成樹脂製複層板P1であって、表面シート1の端縁部1aと裏面シート2の端縁部2aを互いに接近する方向に鈍角に折り曲げて接合し、中空部の開口端を封止した複層板P1とする。中空部の封止により、鋸屑等の侵入防止、結露防止、断熱作用を発揮させる。下部がV形断面形状を有する上側熱圧着具と上部が逆V形断面形状を有する下側熱圧着具とで複層原料板を上下から熱圧着し、熱圧着と同時に複層原料板を熱圧着箇所で溶断するか、熱圧着後に熱圧着箇所を切断して、合成樹脂製複層板P1を製造する。

Description
上側の熱圧着具23はヒーターを内蔵したもので、図11に示すように、上側熱圧着具23の下部23aはV形断面形状を有しており、その下端23bが刃状に尖っている。また、下側の熱圧着具24もヒーターを内蔵したものであって、図11に示すように、熱圧着具24の上部24aは逆V形断面形状を有しており、その上端24bは上側熱圧着具23の刃状の下端23bを当止できるように幅狭の平坦面状に形成されている。そして、これらの熱圧着具23の下部23a及び熱圧着具24の上部24aの夾角θ1は、40°〜140°、好ましくは40°〜100°に設定されている。
このように、下側熱圧着具24の上端24bを平坦面にしているので、上側熱圧着具23の刃状下端23bを確実に前記平坦面の上端24bに当接させることができて、熱圧着個所での溶断が容易になされる。
なお、上側熱圧着具23の下端23aと下側熱圧着具24の上端24bとを当接させても、熱圧着個所で溶断されずに薄い圧着片により2枚の一端封止タイプの合成樹脂製複層板P1、P1が連結している場合がある。このようなときは、該圧着片が薄いので、カッターナイフなどにより圧着片を切断すればよい。圧着片が厚ければ、回転丸鋸などの切断具にて切断すればよい。このように切断しても、中空部4の開口端が封止されているので鋸屑などが中空部4に入ることはない。
また、上記の製造方法では、上下の熱圧着具23、24を同時に同じスピードで下降及び上昇させて複層板の厚さの中間の略真中で熱溶着、接合したが、どちらか一方の熱圧着具を真中まで移動させて停止させた後に他方の熱圧着具を遅れて移動させ当接させて停止してもよいし、お互いのスピードを変えて移動させてもよい。
このような製造方法によると、平坦な熱圧着個所は表裏シート1、2が重なって圧されて接合されるので、確実に圧着されて封止される。
なお、このような平坦面状の下端23aと上端24bとを有する熱圧着具23、24を、隙間を空けることなくお互いが当接するまで下降及び上昇させてもよい。このように当接させると、接合個所が溶断されるか、または、薄い圧着片が残った場合はカッターナイフや回転丸鋸などで切断することにより、一端が封止された複層板P1が製造できる。
さらに、上側熱圧着具23の下端23bと下側熱圧着具24の上端24bを共に刃状に尖った形状にしてもよい。そして、上側熱圧着具23と下側熱圧着具24を下降及び上昇させて下端23aと上端24aを当接させると、より確実に溶断が可能となる。
その他の表面シート1、裏面シート2、リブ4、中空部4は前記合成樹脂製複層板P1と同様であるので説明を省略する。
なお、熱圧着箇所に圧着片が形成された場合、又は各圧着具の下端又は上端が平坦面状である場合などにおいては、圧着接合した後に、カッターや回転円鋸などにより切断すればよい。
この合成樹脂製複層板P4の表面シート1、裏面シート2、リブ4、中空部4は前記合成樹脂製複層板P1と同様であるので説明を省略する。
また、凸条付複層原料板を中空凸条が上向きとなるように載置し上側熱圧着具で該中空凸条の表面部を曲げたが、凸条付複層原料板を中空凸条が下向きとなるように載置し、下側熱圧着具を先に上昇させて該中空凸条の表面部を曲げた後に、上下の熱圧着具で表面シート、中空凸条の表面部、裏面シートを曲げて熱圧着、接合してもよい。
さらに、中空凸条の表面部を曲げた後で、上下の熱圧着具23、24を同時に同じスピードで下降及び上昇させて表面シート1、裏面シート2を曲げて複層板の厚さの中間の略真中で熱溶着、接合させたが、どちらか一方の熱圧着具を真中まで移動させて停止させた後に、他方の熱圧着具を遅れて移動させ当接させて停止してもよいし、お互いのスピードを変えて移動させてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 表面シートと裏面シートが、これらシートの長さ方向一端から他端まで延びる互いに平行な複数のリブを介して連結され、表面シートと裏面シートとリブとで囲まれる複数の中空部が形成された熱可塑性合成樹脂よりなる複層板であって、表面シートの少なくとも長さ方向一端の端縁部と裏面シートの少なくとも長さ方向一端の端縁部が互いに接近する方向に鈍角に曲がって接合されて、接合された双方の端縁部によって中空部の一端が封止されていることを特徴とする合成樹脂製複層板。
- 表面シートの少なくとも長さ方向一端の端縁部と裏面シートの少なくとも長さ方向一端の端縁部が、110°〜160°の角度で互いに接近する方向に曲がって接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製複層板。
- ポリカーボネートよりなる複層板であって、表面シートと裏面シートの厚みがいずれも0.1〜3.0mmであり、複層板全体の厚みが4〜50mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合成樹脂製複層板。
- 表面シートと裏面シートの間に中間シートが設けられ、この中間シートによって中空部が分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂製複層板。
- 複層板の側端に沿って、表面側又は裏面側に突き出す中空凸条が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂製複層板。
- 表面シートと裏面シートが、これらシートの長さ方向一端から他端まで延びる互いに平行な複数のリブを介して連結され、表面シートと裏面シートとリブとで囲まれる複数の中空部が形成された熱可塑性合成樹脂よりなる複層原料板を固定し、この複層原料板の長さ方向の少なくとも一箇所を、下部がV形断面形状を有する上側の熱圧着具と上部が逆V形断面形状を有する下側の熱圧着具とで上下から熱圧着して接合すると共に、熱圧着と同時に複層原料板を熱圧着箇所で幅方向に溶断するか、又は、熱圧着後に複層原料板を熱圧着箇所で幅方向に切断することを特徴とする合成樹脂製複層板の製造方法。
- 表面シートと裏面シートが、これらシートの長さ方向一端から他端まで延びる互いに平行な複数のリブを介して連結され、表面シートと裏面シートとリブとで囲まれる複数の中空部が形成されると共に表面シート又は裏面シートの両側端に沿って表面側又は裏面側に突き出す中空凸条が形成された熱可塑性合成樹脂よりなる凸条付複層原料板を前記中空凸条が上向きとなるように固定し、この凸条付複層原料板の長さ方向の少なくとも一箇所において、下部がV形断面形状を有する上側の熱圧着具を下降させて前記中空凸条を鈍角に曲げつつ表面シートに達するまで下降させ、次いで、前記上側の熱圧着具をさらに下降させつつ、上部が逆V形断面形状を有する下側の熱圧着具を上昇させて、凸条付複層原料板を上下から熱圧着して接合させ、熱圧着と同時に凸条付複層原料板を熱圧着箇所で幅方向に溶断するか、又は、熱圧着後に凸条付複層原料板を熱圧着箇所で幅方向に切断することを特徴とする合成樹脂製複層板の製造方法。
- 上側の熱圧着具で複層原料板の表面シートの少なくとも長さ方向の一箇所を鈍角に曲げると共に、下側の熱圧着具で裏面シートの少なくとも長さ方向の一箇所を鈍角に曲げて、これらの曲げられた表面シートと裏面シートの先端を熱圧着して接合することを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の合成樹脂製複層板の製造方法。
