Abstract
【解決手段】本回転式圧縮機は、電動機部の回転子が固着された回転軸を軸支する軸受部材が、電動機部の圧縮機構部側にのみ設けられ、回転子、回転軸及びローラからなる全回転体の重心の軸方向位置が、主軸受の両端から回転軸の主軸部の直径に相当する距離以上内側になる範囲内にあるようにする。

Description
H1=H2+α
構造上、αが大きいほど回転駆動部の回転不釣合いに対しては有利になる(軸荷重、振れ回り量)。この理由として、オーバーハングした荷重を支持する場合、可能な限り離れた2点以上の支持点で支えることが好ましい。モーメントの釣り合い式を見ると、支持点間の距離が長いほど、また、荷重点と支持点の距離が短いほど、支持点に生じる力は小さいことが分かる。

- 密閉ケースと、この密閉ケース内に収容された電動機部と、この電動機部に回転軸を介して連結された圧縮機構部とからなり、
前記回転軸を軸支する軸受部材は前記電動機部の前記圧縮機構部側にのみ設けられ、
前記電動機部は固定子とこの固定子の内周部に回転可能に配置された回転子とを備え、かつ、
前記圧縮機構部はシリンダ室を備えたシリンダと、前記回転軸の偏心部に係合して前記シリンダ室内を偏心回転するローラと、前記回転軸の主軸部を支持する主軸受とを備えた回転式圧縮機において、
前記回転子、前記回転軸及び前記ローラからなる全回転体の重心の軸方向位置が、前記主軸受の両端から前記回転軸の主軸部の直径に相当する距離以上内側となる範囲内にあるようにしたことを特徴とする回転式圧縮機。 - 前記主軸受の両端から前記主軸部の直径に相当する距離以上離れた軸受内周面及びこれと対向する前記回転軸の前記主軸部外周面の少なくとも一方に逃げ部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記回転子はその全長の半分以上にカウンタボアが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の回転式圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張装置と、蒸発器からなる冷凍サイクル装置。
