Abstract
【解決手段】 軸受装置5は、外輪11、内輪12、両輪間に配置された複数の転動体13、両輪端部間に配置されたシール部材15,16、内輪12に組み付けられた誤組付け防止治具18を備えている。誤組付け防止治具18は、内輪12の内径に締め代有りで嵌め入れられた円筒部31と、円筒部31の一端部に形成されて内輪12端面に当接する外向きフランジ32と、弾性変形可能で内輪12の環状溝12aに係合して誤組付け防止治具18の軸方向への抜けを防止する係合部33とを有している。

Claims (4)
- 外輪、内輪、両輪間に配置された複数の転動体、および内輪に組み付けられた誤組付け防止治具を備えており、誤組付け防止治具は、内輪の内径に嵌め入れられた円筒部と、内輪端面に当接する外向きフランジと、弾性変形可能で内輪内径部に係合して誤組付け防止治具の軸方向への抜けを防止する係合部とを有していることを特徴とする軸受装置。
- 誤組付け防止治具は、円筒部の対向する2カ所または係合部の対向する2カ所を連結する取っ手をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項1の軸受装置。
- 外輪、内輪、および両輪間に配置された複数の転動体を有する軸受の内輪に組み付けられる誤組付け防止治具であって、内輪の内径に嵌め入れられる円筒部と、内輪端面に当接する外向きフランジと、弾性変形可能で内輪内径部に係合して誤組付け防止治具の軸方向への抜けを防止する係合部とを有していることを特徴とする軸受の誤組付け防止治具。
- 円筒部の対向する2カ所または係合部の対向する2カ所を連結する取っ手をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項3の軸受の誤組付け防止治具。
