Abstract
【解決手段】 ハウジング32に少なくとも二つのスライドベアリング91,92を介して支持された出力ロッド33は、雄ねじ部材95に雌ねじ部材96を螺合した送りねじ機構39で伸縮駆動される。二つのスライドベアリング91,92の間に出力ロッド33の移動端を規制するストッパ107を配置したので、ストッパ107を付き当て面93bに当接させることで出力ロッド33のハウジング32からの脱落を確実に防止することができ、しかも二つのスライドベアリング91,92に挟まれたデッドスペースをストッパ107の配置に利用することで空間の有効利用を図ることができる。

Claims (5)
- ハウジング(32)に出力ロッド(33)を軸方向摺動自在に支持し、雄ねじ部材(95)に雌ねじ部材(96)を螺合した送りねじ機構(39)で前記出力ロッド(33)を伸縮駆動する伸縮アクチュエータにおいて、
前記出力ロッド(33)を前記ハウジング(32)に少なくとも二つのスライドベアリング(75,76)を介して支持するとともに、前記二つのスライドベアリング(75,76)の間に前記出力ロッド(33)の移動端を規制するストッパ(107)を配置したことを特徴とする伸縮アクチュエータ。 - 前記ストッパ(107)が当接する付き当て面(93b)を有するエンド部材(93)を前記ハウジング(32)の端部に着脱自在に設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 前記エンド部材(93)に前記二つのスライドベアリング(75,76)の一方を支持したことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 一端が前記出力ロッド(33)に固定されて他端が前記ハウジング(32)に固定されたブーツ(108)を備え、前記エンド部材(93)で前記ブーツ(108)の他端を抜け止めしたことを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
- 前記出力ロッド(33)に、前記ハウジング(32)の内部空間を前記ブーツ(108)の内部空間に連通する通気孔(33b)を形成したことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の伸縮アクチュエータ。
