Abstract
【解決手段】円環状の内リング部11とこの内リング部11から外環状体20に向って放射状に延びる複数の柱部12により内環状体10を形成し、外環状体20を内環状体10よりも線膨張係数の小さい素材で形成する。運転に伴う軸受内の温度上昇によって、外環状体20に内環状体10による押し付け力が生じるため、外環状体20の緩みの発生が抑制される。

Description
この発明の一実施例のスラスト軸受用保持器は、図1示すように、内環状体10と、この内環状体10の外側に嵌め合う外環状体20と、その内環状体10と外環状体20に挿し込んでこれらを結合するピン14とから構成される。

Claims (2)
- 内外の環状体間に複数の柱部を放射状に配して複数のポケットを形成したスラスト軸受用保持器において、
上記放射状に配した全ての柱部を、上記内外の環状体の一方側の環状体から他方側の環状体に向けて延ばし、前記他方側の環状体に前記柱部の先端部を嵌合する周壁面を形成し、前記内外の環状体を、その外環状体がその内環状体よりも線膨張係数の小さい素材で形成したことを特徴とするスラスト軸受用保持器。 - 内外の環状体間に複数の柱部を放射状に配して複数のポケットを形成したスラスト軸受用保持器において、
上記放射状に配した全ての柱部を、上記内外の環状体の一方側の環状体から他方側の環状体に向けて延ばし、前記他方側の環状体に上記柱部の先端部を嵌合する周壁面を形成し、前記柱部の先端部と前記周壁面とを嵌め合わせた状態でこれらを結合するピンを挿入することにより前記内外の環状体を一体化し、前記内外の環状体の少なくとも一方を、前記ピンよりも線膨張係数が小さい素材で形成したことを特徴とするスラスト軸受用保持器。
