Abstract
【解決手段】正極をエキスパンドメタル芯材上に充填したものを、エキスパンドメタル芯材側より打ち抜いた正極を電池ケース内面に配向させることにより、放電特性を向上させたコイン型リチウム一次電池を提供することが可能となる。

Description
以下、図1に示す電池断面図をもとに説明する。電池は直径20.0mm、厚み1.2mmのコイン型二酸化マンガンリチウム一次電池を作製した。
(電池評価)
このようにして作製した電池1および比較電池1、2の内部抵抗を交流1kHzにて測定した。また、放電特性を比較するために、30mAの電流を1秒間流した場合の、閉路電圧を−20℃の環境化で測定した。これらの結果を、表1にまとめて示す。

Claims (2)
- 正極とリチウム金属からなる負極と非水電解液とを電池外装缶に収容したコイン型リチウム一次電池であって、前記正極は正極材料がエキスパンドメタル芯材上に充填されたものであり、かつ前記エキスパンドメタル芯材の破断面が電池外装缶の内面に配向するように正極が配されていることを特徴とするコイン型リチウム一次電池。
- 正極とリチウム金属からなる負極と非水電解液とを電池外装缶に収容したコイン型リチウム一次電池用正極の製造方法であって、エキスパンドメタル芯材に正極材料を充填し、前記正極材料を充填した面とは逆方向から打ち抜いて前記エキスパンドメタル芯材の破断面を、正極材料を充填した面とは逆方向に配向させたコイン型リチウム一次電池用正極の製造方法。
