Abstract
【解決手段】変速機(自動化マニュアルトランスミッション)の変速指示があったときの状態が、クラッチタッチ点学習中または学習直後であるときには、変速機の変速動作を通常時よりも低減(例えば、ギヤシフト速度を通常のギアシフト速度よりも低減)する(ステップST11、ST12)。このような変速動作低減を実施することにより、クラッチタッチ点学習中または学習直後にギヤシフト操作を行っても、そのギヤシフト操作時においてインプット回転体の回転速度変化が緩やかとなるので、イナーシャトルクの発生を抑制することができ、変速ショックを抑制することができる。

Description
エンジン1の出力軸であるクランクシャフト11は自動クラッチ2のフライホイール21(図2)に連結されている。クランクシャフト11の回転数(エンジン回転数Ne)はエンジン回転数センサ401によって検出される。
自動クラッチ2の具体的な構成を図2を参照して説明する。
ECU100は、図5に示すように、CPU101、ROM102、RAM103及びバックアップRAM104などを備えている。
以上の例では、クラッチ操作装置200のクラッチアクチュエータ203と、変速操作装置300のセレクトアクチュエータ301及びシフトアクチュエータ302とをそれぞれ油圧式アクチュエータとしているが、本発明はこれに限られることなく、電動モータ等によって構成される電動式のアクチュエータであってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 変速機の変速操作を行う変速操作手段と、駆動源と前記変速機との間に配設されたクラッチの断接を行うクラッチ操作手段と、前記クラッチのクラッチタッチ点を学習する学習手段とを備えた変速機の制御装置において、
前記学習手段によるクラッチタッチ点学習中または学習直後であるか否を判定する判定手段と、前記変速機の変速動作を低減させる変速動作低減手段とを有し、前記変速機の変速指示があったときの状態が、クラッチタッチ点学習中または学習直後である場合には、前記変速機の変速動作を低減させることを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の変速機の制御装置において、
アクセル操作を判定するアクセル操作判定手段と、ブレーキ操作を判定するブレーキ操作判定手段とを有し、クラッチタッチ点学習中または学習直後の状態が、アクセルオフまたはブレーキオンであるときには、前記変速動作低減手段による変速動作低減の度合いを大きくすることを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記変速機のシフト操作を検出するシフト操作検出手段を備え、前記シフト操作検出手段によりシフト操作が検出されたときに「変速指示有り」と判定することを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記変速動作低減手段は、変速速度、変速操作時に加える荷重または圧力のうち、少なくともいずれか1つを低減させることを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記学習手段によるクラッチタッチ点学習中に、前記変速機の変速指示があったときには、前記クラッチタッチ点学習を中止することを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。
